I was prescribed compression stockings by my GP to help with my varicose veins during pregnancy. They helped with the veins initially but drove me insane as they kept slipping down. I ordered these from Amazon and they are fantastic - they offer good support and stay up brilliantly. They're also £10 cheaper than the compression maternity tights I bought and they are more comfortable. Check your size though - my ones from the doctor were a medium, I needed a large in these. Measured my legs and used the chart - perfect fit. Highly recommended.

It took me a while to decide on ordering these stockings as having had hold ups in the past & them always falling down, I was very dubious that these would be different. However, the reviews were really good so I went ahead. You can see on opening that they are very good quality & the hold up section is also well made. The first time I wore them they were great. Comfy, stayed up & there was a huge difference in the swelling in my ankles & varicose veins. I was so pleased. But! Since then , they’ve crept down to my knees every time I’ve worn them!! I think the problem is probably my very chunky thighs!!!!! So disappointed as they obviously are very good compression stockings just not suited to my thighs!!! Lol.

Bought for a family member having problems with veins and ankle swelling. I am told they are very beneficial when the going gets tough after too long on the go and elevation isn’t enough to reduce swelling and pain. Support tights are unfortunately not wearable in hot weather I am told.

Nice and soft, easy to put on, they stay up well and at least they don't have lacy tops so great for us chaps. Need to order some more now I know they are ok for me. Very pleased.

Good fit, arrived quickly

Only thing is some of them roll at the top ,and need to be pulled up as they roll at the back of knee from time to time .But they keep veins where there supposed to be .Better than others I’ve tried.

I have bought the extra large as I have long legs, they fit to top of thigh and feel comfortable all day, haven't had any problems with them sliding down, and they are soft and easy to get on. I now going to order another pair.
