Just the right Tesla charger holder. Sturdy. Paintable. Outdoor/Indoor use
After reviewing and searching for dozens of holders with the right capabilities and price, this one hit all the criteria. Installed it outdoors; painted over it to match the outdoor wall colors. Very sturdy and not flimsy like the other plasticky ones. Good parts/screws to install it fairly quickly.Like others mentioned the latch on the bottom of the holder is backwards; not a big deal but a minor inconvenience. Putting the charger in needs two hands, but taking it out is one-handed. The latch behavior should have been the reverse (one hand to lock it in; two to unlock it out).But very pleased with this holder for quality and price.

Finally, one that doesn't break
I ordered 2 Tesla wall mount charger holders from 2 different companies, both of whom I thought produced quality products. In both cases, the holders were made of a 2 piece plastic construction and both broke within a matter of a week or so. Each was held together with an adhesive that didn't hold over (a short period of) time.This charger holder is made mostly of metal and the receptacle for the charger is made of a heavy duty plastic that is anchored to the base with the anchor screws. The holder ships with anchors and screws and installation is very easy if attaching to wood. It's very secure and the build quality is superior to the previous ones I tried.My only small complaint is there is a small latch on the bottom of the receptacle that you have to press in order to get your charger locked in so it generally requires two hands. When you want to use the charger, it slips right off. One might think the latch would behave in the opposite manner.Overall, I'm very pleased with this holder for quality and price.

The product is very simple to mount and has a safety clip to ensure charge port is secure. I would buy this product again because how it makes charging our EV's in the garage so convenient.

Does the job, no complaints
Clean install, easy mount, most importantly of all it's deep enough to let me keep the J1772 to Tesla (NACS) adaptor connected full-time. That was the goal, to stop the daily "plug in the adaptor before charging, remove when finished charging". This was a quality-of-life upgrade that I should have done YEARS ago.

The latch is backwards
The latch on this item is designed backwards. I have to press the latch to push the connector in and I can just pull for the connector to remove.
