I originally left bad feedback as I had a issue with the vaporiser and was having some difficulties sorting the issue out.Long story short new staff, didn’t really understand the issue but yesterday someone else contacted me. Sorted the problem out immediately and today I received a replacement as promised.Actually very good customer services and now I’ve tried the replacement I am very happy.As such only fair thing to do is to update my review.Good product and good customer services should you have a issue!If I had spoken the person I spoke to yesterday when I experienced the original problem I would have given them 5*

Bought this marked new with next day delivery, opened it on arrival and it wasn't new as there was decarbonated herb in the airflow chamber and had a crack in the ceramic chamber. Took 3-4mins to hit max temp, returned it shortly after I got it.

Arrived on timeNice product for a beginner like mesmooth vaping experiencebattery life is very shortsmall particles do go through the filter so don't grind the herbs too fineI keep losing the chamber lid on the bottom and I don't know how that's even possible. There were an extra lid in the pack but I lost that too. Just ordered extra. gonna tape it or something

Tidy bit of kit definitely hits the spot with the right herbal mix ..great flavour and easy to use and well built

Everything about this vape is fine apart from the battery life and charging time. It lasts about 30 minutes and takes 3+ hours to fully charge.If you're travelling with one, dont choose this one.
