Woking well as I have just had my vitamin D checked by my doctor. It has improved a lot. I don’t sunbathe so my levels went very low.

Docking a star as its not suitable for vegetarians as the capsules are gelatine Bovine (beef).Meanwhile, I started taking Vitamin D3 because of an eye sty and taking this cleared it up in 2 days. As a patient of Endometriosis I have had estrogen suppression for a good part of my life. One of the massive side effects of this was a severe depletion of bone health which ended up with me getting diagnosed with Osteopenia (early osteoporosis) at a very young age of 25.
