Back Support for Guitar Practice
I bought this chair to replace a padded drum throne that I sit on while practicing guitar. After 45 minutes my back would be killing me so I'd have to rest it constantly. I went in search of a chair to support my back, a footrest to raise my leg for playing and arms that would fold out of the way of the guitar. This is that chair. It is so comfortable I can play for hours with no discomfort. Feet up, arms up, leaning back with lumbar support. Swivel, adjustable, footrest folds underneath in a second. Fantastic product design and build. Japanese company. Highly recommended.

Good Chair - lumbar support is a little aggressive
It's a decent chair. Lots of ways to adjust it. Arms fold away, which was important for me because I play guitar in the chair when I'm not working in the chair. The lumbar support will force you to sit upright. It's not quite the ruler thwack Sister Mary Verylarge used to give me in the 2nd grade but it's about as annoying. You can sit it in it all day and the reclining is pretty decent. Packaging was fairly impressive if not overdone.I'd buy this again but I wish I could get the lumbar support to relax so I could slouch once in a while.

Best chair ever!
I have had this chair since august 2024 and I love it. The many ways you can adjust it to fit your comfort is amazing. I find myself sitting in it even when I am not working. I’ve not ever done that with any other office chair. Ever. Of course I have never spent this much money on an office chair either. I must say this chair is worth every penny. And I have grown to love the color even when I didn’t think I would at first. Took me a hot minute to get it perfectly adjusted to my comfort right out of the box but it is all good now.

Overall Great Chair Except for the Lumber Support
The chair came in a sturdy box. No damages. Assembly was super easy; only needed 2 screws for the headrest. The back and seat are already assembled. I like the firm mesh seating, the adjustable headrest/armrest and the footrest. The only thing I don't like is the lumbar support. It is too bulky and firm, even at the lowest setting. I had to take it apart and returned it. The return shipping is $6.99.

Love this office chair!
I have a bad back and love that I can elevate my legs and tilt headrest to protect my entire spine. I work from home, and while I'd like to add a desk that will let me it AND stand, I am glad I opted for a great chair FIRST.I also want to share that I am 5' 1/2" tall and 124 Lbs. -- at the lowest chair setting my feet reach the floor however, I prefer the leg angle I get from a footrest. Seat width works fine and the arm rests are adjustable in so many ways, and they rotate.I want to reiterate that this chair fits a small woman. So many reviews do not have this information. Backrest and headrest hit me in the right place. Finally, I use the leg rest extended every day as it really takes the pressure off my spine. Love, love, love this feature. So far -- worth every penny!

Updated Review : Average, but some good things
Been about a month and noticed a few things that makes this chair just average. First off - the good things, such as the back support, head rest, and overall sturdiness of materials remain strong. I'm still confused by the discoloration found in certain pieces of plastic - which is a leading indicator of quality issues. Some issues: First off - the manufacturer DOES NOT explicitly say that the mesh has any warranty - this is important, especially with signs of quality control challenges. An issue, which is much more pronounced after a month is seat comfort. At 6'1 and 225 lbs, I ordered the large version. What I came to notice is that the frame of the seat digs into my thighs at the side and bottom - eg my pant size is a 36. So when seated, my things are over the frame or pushing up against them. If you're familiar with the Aeron, you'll notice the seat definition and how the solved the issue by curving the sides and making the seat oversized. Even a $200 Amazon Commercial brand chair solved the seat issue - but does not have the features of this $600 chair. I would rather the Manufacturer get eliminate the silly leg rest and invest in an addition 2-3 inches of seat width. In the spirit of not throwing the baby out with the bath water - this chair is otherwise good for people 1/3 smaller than me. For anyone looking to purchase - I would recommend a focus on the pressure points on your legs and hips (forget the back - as that works well) and assess if you can live with it. While past my return window - this is now an expensive spare. Personally - I don't think this is worth the premium over other chains on Amazon around the $300 price range.****I have been eagerly awaiting this chair after hearing and reading good things about the H1 Pro. First of - the packaging is great - the packing materials show due care and goes beyond cardboard and styrofoam. Also, the chair comes mostly assembled - sans base, wheels and headrest. 5 minute effort to piece it together. It is comfortable, lumbar support is robust and the adjustments make everything just right. Also, note the adjustment levers - these are often found in higher caliber chairs where a switch of sorts actuate a cable vs a thin piece of metal. The other adjustment levers feel more solid compared to others in the $500 and under class. I put roller blade wheels in place of the standard wheels - overall height increased by about 1/2 inch. At the lost setting - the chair is a bit high. The armrest are strong, but if you push forward while getting up - you can definitely feel the strain on the back of the chair (to where the arm rest are attached.) makes me wonder if they will break one day. However, my biggest quibble is about the quality of the frame. You can see that some of the plastic parts are not well finished and others have stains on them. These often point to poor quality control and manufacturing issues. Emailing the vendor to see if they have a solution. This is a good chair, it is better than others found on Amazon. However at 2x the price - I would expect better fit and finish.
