This gun works well sprays with a good spray pattern that is adjustable. It came with an installed nozzle that required a great deal of turning force to remove. The different sizes of nozzles supplied gives the operator room to apply various finished from watery stains to viscus oil paints. I really cannot find any operating faults. However, the aluminum cup must be cleaned after use as the cover is a press fit gum would make it impossible to fit.

This isn't the typical R500 that you normally see, aside from the body color the two major differences are that this one uses 5cfm compared to the original 3.5 cfm every other model consumes and has a completely different air hole set up on the air cap. maybe with a higher sure usage this model might atomize better, the only real down falls about this gun so far is that the trigger is very stiff and I haven't seen any other parts for it

Gun arrived with a slight dent at the bottom of the gun causing the threaded hole for the air line adapter to be warped. I broke the gun down to clean with acetone before my first use and when I attempted to screw the adapter back in at the bottom, due to the warped hole, it was a very tight fit. The fragile aluminum body ended up breaking. And due to waiting on paint products, my return window has closed...

Had trouble with sputtering but found the gasket for the paint reservoir was bad. Replaced with an O ring and worked well after that.
