SUPCASE [Unicorn Beetle Pro] Case Designed for iPhone 6S, with Built-In Screen Protector Rugged Holster Cover for Apple IPhone 6 Case / 6S 4.7 Inch display (White/Gray)

I didn't want to review this case until I had it for at least a week.So far I've only dropped it once on carpet, which is quite rare for me since dropping my iphone 4 onto concrete was a daily thing for me. With this as my only experience of a hard impact with this case, I cannot judge the case's protection in that aspect, but I will provide my pros and cons on everything else.Pros:-Case seems sturdy enough to withstand 3-ft drops on hard floors - the "inner" case is a hard plastic, then the "outer" part is a tough rubber with a hard plastic backing similar to the Otterbox material for the iphone 4 case.-Does not allow the phone to bend while in my front pocket.-Built in screen protector allows easy access to the finger print function of the home button.-Side buttons are easy enough to push through the caseCons:-Case is hard to install/remove-Screen protector does not rest flat and smooth on the screen, especially around the Home button, so there is a small space between the screen and protector that allows small particles that can interfere with the touch screen-Since the screen protector doesn't rest flat across the screen the outside edges of the screen don't always register your touch through the screen protector, so you have to press/swipe a couple times to get it to register.-Also, the screen protector is a magnet for dust and particles, so be sure to wipe both the phone screen and the screen protector super clean before installing.Other than that, I really like this case. My previous case was an Otterbox for the iphone 4, and I dropped that thing every day for 2.5 years and I never once cracked the screen or had a problem with it. This case seems almost to that standard for the iphone 6, but as I said, I have yet to drop it on hard floor, but this may be that the phone is bigger and easier to hold, or that the case is more "grippy" than my old case that slid out of my hand easily. For now, it gets a 5/5 stars. We'll see what happens when I drop it for real.Edit April 19, 2015:So I've dropped the phone in this case a few times now, and no damage whatsoever. Great caseCons: The included screen protector just kept getting stuff (dirt, lint, etc.) stuck between it and the screen, so I just took it out and bought a $10 tempered-glass screen protector. I was able to put the screen protector on the phone, and then put the case back on. It's so much better this way, but there is quite a collection of lint/dust between the edge of the screen protector and where the case covers the phone. However, I don't mind this, and, therefore, I haven't had to take the case off since I installed the protector (~December 2014). I would still recommend this case, but I would say get rid of the built-in screen protector and buy a stick-on to save yourself some hassle with having to clean it every week.Update October 10, 2016:This case outlasted my iphone 6 (after 2 years of use the screen won't turn on, so getting it replaced). The case protected my phone from several drops on hard floors and the screen never cracked, and the phone looks like new. I have had the 3rd party screen protector on it this whole time and the phone has been functional with both the case and screen protector. I even dropped the phone in a small tupperware of ~1" bleach and bacteria, and the case worked great at preventing water leakage. The only things that have broken on the case were the small plastic pieces at the bottom that help hold the flap covers for the 3.5mm jack and the lightning cord slots. One side for each slot broke off, but it doesn't much affect the functionality of the case except it might affect water protection, and the covers don't stay as tight. But for $20 for this case lasting 2 years and protecting my phone like a brick, I'd say it was well worth it.

Our recent upgrade to the iPhone 6 resulted in switching between the Otterbox Defender, Otterbox Symmetry, Luvvitt Ultra Armor, and the SUPCASE. I'll focus my review on the SUPCASE here, but will refer to the other cases occasionally to provide additional reference.PROS:- Ports, buttons, and cutouts are all exact. The case itself fits to all expectations. The Symmetry bowed out slightly at the bottom.- The dust covers feel solid, and yet require little effort for opening and closing well. They also open from front to back which I find more intuitive compared to the Defender which flips back to front.- Though classified as heavy duty, this case is feels thinner and lighter compared to the Defender (and more like the Symmetry), without sacrificing a solid feel. And unlike the Symmetry, this also has the dust/water resistant covers for the sound/mic/charging ports.- The colored accents around the case are a great combination between a matted and rubbery texture providing good grip, without sticking inside pockets, packs, and do not pick up lint. And unlike the Luvvitt case, the SUPCASE does this without feeling brittle or like cheap plastic.- Durability on this specific variation is untested, but I have the exact case for the iPad Air which has proven to be very resilient against drops, scratches, and chipping. Unlike the Defender and Luvvitt, I have not experienced any cosmetic paint wear from frequent use on the SUPCASE line.- As a personal preference, I do not like cases that expose the Apple logo on the backside which creates additional exposure for dirt and scratching. Another plus for this omission is that the interior is also flat, allowing you to place magnetic films freely if you use a magnet style phone mount.CONS:- My primary complaint aligns with most criticisms that the SUPCASE line receives, and that is with the built in screen protector. While this protector is hands down better than the Defender for the iPhone 6 (the protector screen is spaced too far away from the screen in the Defender, making it feel unresponsive and creates discoloration), the feel of the protector is best described as stickier than the smooth glass you'd expect. Also the fit isn't perfect, and with screen protectors on touch screen phones they need to be. Areas of the protector lift off the screen creating rainbow discolorations trapped between the protector and screen. While fully functional, this makes viewing the screen less clear and tolerable.As you can probably tell we settled on the SUPCASE. I should also mention that our final solution was to remove the original screen protector and adhesives, and replaced it with tempered glass screen protectors instead. I have found that the result of this setup gives the best combination of feel and durability.

J'ai pris cette protection pour l'iPhone de ma copine, vu qu'elle trimballe son téléphone dans son sac avec ses clés de voiture etc, elle avait besoin d'un étui qui protège parfaitement ! Je pense que c'est mission accomplie !Bon par contre les photos sont vraiment dégueulasse sur le site, il faut savoir que la partie noir et une sorte de support pour le téléphone mais on ne peut le mettre que l'écran face contre, du coup... ben c'est nul !!! sauf pour le ranger le soir ou autres mais j'ai pas bien compris le but de ce support... Bref !La housse est donc en 2 partie (on le voit bien sur la 3ème photo du site), une 1ère partie beige (couleur que j'ai choisi, beige et blanc) qui et une autre parti qui est en réalité une sorte de protection d'écran ! Une fois cette dernière posée sur le téléphone, on peux emboiter le tout dans l'autre parti de l'étui !Résultat, le téléphone est complètement protégé ! En cas de chut il ne peux pas s'abimer (du moins je pense, et surtout je l'éspère).Point important, une fois le téléphone protégé, je remarque que le tactile répond mal, un peu décalé... Du coup je décide d'enlever la vitre de protection que j'avais collé sur le téléphone il y a quelques temps et du coup, impeccable ! Donc pensé bien a enlevé toute protection d'écran avant, ça sera mieux !Au final, je retiendrai que le prix un peu cher (en comparaison a d'autres étuis qu'on peux trouver moins cher mais bon, si vous voulez une protection optimal, allez y.Les trous pour le chargeur, les écouteurs, et même le boutons pour couper le son sont tous protégés, idéal pour éviter que des saletés ne s'invite pas à l'intérieur !

Ich schreibe eher selten Rezensionen, aber dieses mal musste ich das auch echt mal machen! Also: Case ist wirklich sehr gut! Zwar bin ich etwas enttäuscht von der Optik, denn das weiße Plastik wirkt durchaus recht billig verarbeitet und hat absolut nix edles an sich. Die Folie ist teilweise etwas locker über dem iPhone, sodass es immer ein leichtes klack-Geräusch gibt, wenn man mit dem Finger auf dem Display ist, weil man praktisch auf die Folie drückt, den Abstand zum iPhone Display überbrückt und dann dort aufkommt, sodass es "klackt". Aber das ist okay, ich habe so eine Panzerglasscheibe auf dem Display. Das wollte ich ungern abmachen, also hab ich es dran gelassen. IPhone passt trotzdem ins Case. Das ist ein dicker fetter Plus Punkt! Und damit zum positiven: trotz der genannten Makel muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin mit dem Case! Und ich hab's circa alle zwei Monate ein anderes Case, immer auf der Suche nach dem optimalsten Case, dass alle meine Bedürfnisse befriedigt. Und ich könnte mir vorstellen, in dem Case hier dass optimale gefunden zu haben! Denn es ist scheinbar sehr stabil, ich überlege schon, mein iPhone gegen die Wand zu werfen, weil ich bei diesem Case ein wirklich sehr gutes, sicheres Gefühl habe. Und dabei bin ich jemand, der sein iPhone am liebsten im Watte packt. Und trotz der Stabilität trägt das Case kaum auf und macht meiner Meinung nach das iPhone nicht zum Totschläger. Daher bin ich- vor allem durch das hervorragende Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis total begeistert von diesem Case!P.S.: Diese Rezension wurde per iPhone mit angelegtem Case verfasst ;-)

Die Hülle ist wertig verarbeitet. Dass hier keine 08/15-China-Billig-Hülle vorliegt, sieht man schon an der passgenau ausgeschnittenenAussparung für den Home-Button.Touch-ID funktioniert übrigens!Touchscreen des iPhone bleibt von der Bedienung her unverändert. (als ob man eine Folie benutzt, ich weiss die original Haptik des Bildschirms ist noch anders/besser?)Anbringen der Hülle problemlos (es gibt ein Video auf der Herstellerseite)Kein störender PlastikgeruchInnenseite aus Silikon, ein kleines Stück Schaumstoff an der Innenseite verhindert das hin-und her rutschen des iPhones.Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Tatsache, dass der Bildschirmschutz nicht fest auf dem Bildschirm des iPhones aufliegt. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass dort mit der Zeit eine nicht unerhebliche Menge Staub reinkriecht.Vom Preis her finde ich es aber trotzdem etwas überteuert, da man schon einige gute Hüllen für deutlich weniger kriegen kann.Deshalb auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen

Ich habe sonst Hüllen verwendet die unten einen Ausschnitt haben damit ich mein Iphone auf dem Ihome Radiowecker laden kann. Leider fiel mir das Telefon schon mal aus der Tasche und wurde trotzdem beschädigt. Mit dieser Hülle kann nichts passieren. Rundum Schutz bei Sturz, gut staubgeschützt, das mit dem Wasser wollte ich nicht ausprobieren... Das einzige was etwas stört ist dass die Abdeckung für Ladekabel ziemlich steif ist und zurück federt wenn man sie nicht hält, da muss man paar mal ansetzen bis das Ladekabel steckt.

Dies Hülle ist einfach klasse!Da ich große Hände habe hatte ich probleme mit dem iphone 6 - es rutschte mir immer durch die Hände - ich finde es einfach zu dünn und durch die abgerundeten Kanten schwer zu greifen.Mit dieser Hülle hat man super Grip am iphone und es geht nicht kaputt, wenn man es fallen lässt. Ich habe es mittlerweile zwei mal aus einer höhe von etwa 1,20 m auf Asphalt fallen lassen und es ist nichts passiert dank dieser tollen Hülle. Außerdem ist ein Displayschutz in der Hülle integriert, der die Displayschutzfolie überflüssig macht.Die Hülle liegt eng genug am iphone an, sodass man sie inkl. dieser Hülle auch in ein Sportarmbend hinenstecken kann.Alles in allem von mir die Note 1+
