I have tried multiple shapes and flavors and could not get my dog to chew dental sticks. This one he actually likes! Not sure if they work but at least it's a chew stick he will eat to keep him busy!

I didn’t realize there were two different sizes for these treats, and I really wish it was more obvious in the listing. I have a small 10 lb Maltese, and I’ve ordered a different flavor from the same brand before, but it was the small size. This time, I accidentally got the large size, which is a bit tough for her to eat. Since she’s getting older, I had to cut them into smaller pieces for her, since these are on the harder side, might be good for very aggressive chewers, but not so much for older smaller dogs. She’s also pretty picky, so depending on her mood, she might be super excited, or she’ll just leave it there. It’s not her favorite treat, but when she does like it, it keeps her busy for about 5 minutes while she slowly chews through it. Overall, it’s not a bad treat, just wish I had realized the size difference, and it's not my dog's first choice.

I personally think these are a little too hard for senior dogs. I get it’s to help clean their teeth but still. Could be more effective if the texture was different.But my dog likes the taste. Have not had bowel movement issues with her from eating these. I do break them in half before giving to her.

My dog eats too fast for it to do any good dentally but she loves the taste . She is a lab but I buy the small size and break them in half as a treat to cut down on calories.
