Fantastic flavor! This is my son's favorite pasta, and we can't find it in stores anymore. So we tried this out and wow! Such better flavor than the available brands at the grocery store.

We use these to make pasta salad. We can only find them on Amazon.

I used to be able to get this form of pasta many years ago at a small, local Italian deli in Arlington, Massachusetts, but have not found it anywhere else since then. So I was thrilled to see it here on Amazon. It did not disappoint. Because of all the ruffles, this pasta really holds onto any sauce you want to put on it - even just butter. My husband and I ate the whole package in two days! But now I know where I can replenish my stock. Yay!

They are delicious, but I wanted a pasta that looked like little brains. LOL. Perfect!

Amazon is the one place that you can buy this pasta. It is so absorbing with the sauce that you put with it whether it be Alfredo or spaghetti, this one gets 10 stars but it is very expensive. The price is extremely high to the quantity per purchase. But if that's what you're going to want to cook with what are you going to do you got to buy it and suck it up. Maybe this review will get us a buy one get one free, lol

For a dish with sauces: the 'ribs' on this pasta will hold it close to the pasta, not leave it in the bowl.

I love the shape of this pasta, the little ruffles hold so much sauce that each bite is very flavorful. Can't find locally so shopped Amazon. Thought the price was a bit steep or would have rated 5 stars.
