Ginger and Tumeric powder.
Well enjoying this product.Mixing 1/3 teaspoon with 100ml orange juice.First thing in the morning juice fix.Highly recommend.Size, quality and ease of use is excellent. Comes in a resealable packet, easy to remove powder.If you like ginger and tumeric then I highly recommend this product.You can mix it to suit your flavour needs.

Anti inflammatory diet
I purchased this to help with inflammation as I have frozen shoulder and I'm trying an anti inflammatory diet.. Absolutely no idea if it is helping but it's refreshing and I like the taste. A little goes a long way so it will last for quite a while so good value

Useful product, but impractical
Very strong stuff, certainly good value for money as a bag will last you for a long time, the only thing is that mixing it fully into a drink is somewhat difficult and sometimes there is always some remenance of ginger in it and sometimes even the root will be floating around. I usually use it early on the day and put it in my coffee to get an extra energy kick, but you don’t really feel the benefits with 1/3 of a tea spoon, I find that I need to have at least 2/3 thirds of a teaspoon to really feel the energy kick which I usually have to split in 2 coffees otherwise the taste is horrific. I am quite sensitive with spice but although useful this product is hard to recommend for those reasons. Useful product but impractical in actual practice.

It's changed and isn't as good as it was
Used this for about a year now and been loving it. However the last bag sent was a different colour, different texture and I needed twice as much powder to get the same kick. Disappointing to be honest as I raved to so many others how this changed my life. I will be trying other brands now to compare

Great product. Good energy boost.
Not sure why the negative reviews. This works for me. Great taste. Put the powder in a shaker bottle with 100ml orange juice. Shake well and drink pretty much straight away before the powder settles. It froffs up when shaken. Very refreshing. I have noticed a shift in my energy levels after recovering from flu. This is a great natural source of energy.
