Subtle flavour , easy to swallow.

I wish it was in pill forms.

These come in a pack of 30 sachets. They dissolve very fast in a glass of water and the flavour is not as bad as though it would be, it has a citrusy flavour. I got this as I suffer from IBS. I have tried various other natural remedies and they didn't help. I've taken just 1 sachet per day to see how I react and so far so good. I have noticed a slight improvement. I have only used it for 3 days so far but hopefully will continue improving my situation.

I ordered this product as I suffer from severe IBS especially when stressed. I do take medication but liked the idea of something more natural to help control the symptoms. This all Vegan solution sounded perfect.The powder dissolves very quickly in water (I used warm water as cold water first thing in the morning can set my tummy off) and it has a pleasant enough citrus taste.The instructions say to take 1-2 sachets each day but I will continue with 1 a day as otherwise I will run out very quickly!The liquid did feel gentle on my stomach and I haven’t had any symptoms since taking it but my IBS is very inconsistent. I intend to keep going and will update my review accordingly.EDIT: I have found i have been getting indigestion since taking the powder. Its the only thing that i have changed so i have to attribute it to that. As such i don't think this is a good solution for myself but obviously thats a very personal experience.

I've been taking these for a few weeks at a dose of 1 sachet per day so they will last a month and my symptoms seem to have reduced significantly. They come in the form of a lemony tasting powder which I have been dissolving in a glass of cold water. The powder doesn't dissolve that easily and takes a bit of effort and the taste is lemony but definitely has an underlying less pleasant taste. Overall I'm happy with the product so far and will continue to take it and see if the benefits continue longer term.

The sachets are easy to take - just dissolve in a glass of water and drink. It has a slight lemon taste, like very weak lemon squash, but not unpleasant.I have been taking a sachet each day for the last week but sadly haven’t seen any improvement in my IBS symptoms.Will continue to take them over the rest of the months supply and will update my review if anything changes.
