This fruit based selection brings a lot of juicy flavour without undue sweetness. All feature more fruit than pepper.The Chipotle Blackberry is the mildest of the bunch, and though the packaging shows 4/5 chillies and a "HOT" guideline (scoring above their Scotch Bonnet sauce) this one is in reality amongst the mildest sauces in the Hot Headz range. Dark fruit of course dominates the flavour, with a subtle smoky kick that lingers at the end.Next up is the Habanero Mango, and though warmer, is still relatively tame in terms of heat. On the nose it's all chilli pepper, but the taste is totally dominated by mango juice. It's a one note sauce for me, but actually really tasty.Finally, the Habanero Pineapple comes in around the same heat level as its mango counterpart. Smells and tastes like burnt pineapple, though it's quite subtle compared to the other two, and you get more of the pepper flavour coming through.This set would do well to add some spice to dessert dishes. It would make a great gift for anyone that specialises in that area, and would like to experiment with adding in a little heat.

Hot sauces with a fruity angle. I would say they are angled more at the the fruity than the hot but that's not really a criticism.You can cook with them or use them neat as it were and they will deliver some heat without become too much.Well packaged and aimed more as a gift.
