I purchased this dehumidifier a year ago, it's been running pretty much nonstop in a damp basement ever since, and I have not had a single problem with its performance. The "change filter" light comes on quickly, even when the filter seems clean -- I guess that's not great. But otherwise, the basement is dry and the unit continues to regulate the humidity at the level I set (55%). One thing to note: if the power goes out, the PUMP will not automatically turn on when the power returns (the water will fill the tank and then shut off); so you manually have to turn on the pump if/when you lose power. Even with that inconvenience, it's a great machine and I'd highly recommend it.

Recently I purchased the Yaufey Dehumidifier, I called the company to express the issue I was having with the new unit, I was extremely impressed how they were very professional in helping me to resolve my issue. Their support team was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought the 80 gallon Yaufey Dehumidifier for our basement. It was working very well at keeping the humidity around 45 in the living part of the basement. Because it was working well, we purchased another 80 gallon Yaufey for the work side of the basement. Both have the hose connected to the drain so we don't have to empty the bucket.

Item arrived but was not working properly so I contacted Yaufey customer support and they offered to send me a new one. This company definitely has great customer service which is what is needed to have good peace of mind

The dehumidifier works very well. I am very pleased with the amount of moisture removal. This is the second dehumidifier of the same brand, one for a sunroom, one for large bedroom suit. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this item just a little bit over a year ago actually 13 month’s. It worked excellent, removing the moisture out of our 4000 ft.² shop building. My morning I went out early and it was completely shut down and smelled like when a ballast for lights goes out. I looked up the warranty and it has a one year warranty. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely excellent with providing a replacement. This time I sent in the warranty card and they give you an additional year so it has two years. The system is very quiet and works excellent.

We purchased this unit for our basement at the lake - it can get quite humid there in the summer. The unit worked great throughout the summer and into the fall. I really like the ability to set a humidity level using the digital setting. Our other unit that we replaced with this one just had a dial so it was hit or miss with regard to humidity level. The other LED panel on the font is can be turned on/off and is helpful to keep an eye on the system from across the room. I did have an issue with the unit icing up after 7 months of use which caused an issue but the tech support and return process has been very easy to work with. I would purchase again.

Fantastic dehumidifier. Very quiet unit and keeps our house at a Humidity level that keeps our AC Vents from sweating. I live in the South and it’s very humid, works like a charm. Customer service is very prompt when they are contacted as well. Highly Recommend.
