Nothing to dislike . Really works an hour before bed it really kicks in downed with herbal tea , its really good. No effects at all , love it.

It’s hard to review supplements, as time will tell (weeks? months?) if these will have good effects- so I won’t review based on that. But right off the bat is a strong positive - you get a full 4 months supply in this bottle.So whilst a high upfront cost, at least they are being upfront an honest that one tablet = one dose. Unlike a lot of supplement companies when upon further inspection, you need to take two or three per day. So the bottle of this isn’t cheap, but you get 4 months out of it and the value works out well opposed to other brands.These come well presented in a bottle that is properly sized (no massive bottle with 80% empty space), and upon opening and spilling them out to check for broken capsules, I found none. That’s not always the case - when you’re paying premium prices, every capsule counts.I note from the ingredients psyllium husk is in this too - which is a source of fibre and aiding gut health.So pretty pleased with this - let's see if it helps over the next couple months.

It's more the waking up in the middle of the night, either to pee or for an indeterminate reason.Taking one or two of these capsules with water an hour before bed really helps with sleep continuity. If I also take ashwaghanda and or magnesium then there is a cumulative synergistic effect.This is a carefully made supplement with natural filler (psyllium husk), and tapioca based capsule. These have certainly helped me fall asleep and help me to relax, unfortunately they don't help me too stay asleep. If you only take 1 then this is a 4 month supply making them reasonably priced. They are easy to swallow and don't taste of anything. I will continue to use them in the hope that over time they might aid me in staying asleep.

These have good quality ingredients and they are also vegan which is always good to know. For the amount that you get and the pureness of the product I think they are pretty good value for money. They are naturally derived from grapefruit and have no binders or other fillers in them. They are small enough to swallow very easily and they don't leave any aftertaste. They are not a knockout type capsule but they do help relax you before bedtime so they do what they say.
