It's a quality product
I bought this tap to replace a similar, unbranded model in our utility room that had started to fall apart.The Bristan model is far better quality and not only looks great, but it works beautifully too.For the hose to work, a fairly large loop of it needs to sit in the cupboard under the sink, so care needs to be taken with whatever is stored in there, lest it catch the loop, or be overturned by it.I had a plumber fit it and it was a matter of 20 minutes work.

Very good, high performing tap.
Very well engineered kitchen tap. High quality finish. Not the cheapest but looks as if it will last.Very pleased with performance.

Good quality tap
Good quality tap, operates the way it was expected to with one exception, the right angled retaining bar appears to be about 2.5 cms short. This means the water doesn't spray straight down but sprays at an angle back towards the back of the sink reducing the working area available when the spray head is retained in the holder of the horizontal arm. Makes filling kettles, rinsing cups etc more difficult than it should be.

Great tap but not on all types of sink
The functionality and quality of build is great, it’s not as easily fit to their own brand of sinks as they say. Also watch as on certain stainless steel sinks the tap tends to lean forward a little.

Would not recommend
Worked ok at first but after a couple of months the nozzle does not change to the spray mode - the mechanism has gone and now it operates as a normal tap. This is disappointing as I bought it for the spray mode.

A swivel tap that is sturdy dual action function.
Once you unpack this swivel tap & handle it you can feel its well made. I did have my plumber fit it but looked not to difficult plus its very sturdy when in place. Also i liked the dual action function with a spray mode or normal water flow.I would recommend this tap which i think was great value.

make sure you have lots of room under your sink as the pipe is very long
great tap, really easy to fit and looks stunning. you need a high pressure water system.the only thing to be mindful of is that the pipe is very long and you need lots of room under your sink.
