Worked well on my Bosch Universal mixer while using cookie batter blades.

I have used B-X Food Grade Multi-Purpose Grease and it is made up of high-quality mineral oil and various special additives. It can be used in high and low temperature. It is suitable for all kinds of metals, rubbers and plastics. It can be used on bearings, plastics, gears, precise parts, and waterproof rubber rings. I have used it on my plastic bushings on my grinder, and on gears in my meat slicers and meat stuffer. I have also used it on plumbing fixtures. This is some grease you need to have in your repair and maintenance arsenal. I used this grease on our kitchen sink single lever faucet. It was getting harder to move the faucet from one sink to the other and it was making squeaky noises from the O-ring needing lubrication. After a quick minor disassembly, applying a small amount of this grease corrected the issue. It's back to like new operation. I highly recommend as there are many uses for this tube of lubricant.

I'm not really sure what to think about this Multi-Purpose Food Grade Grease in a 14.1 oz. tube from the LewisCare Store on Amazon. I buy food grade grease for repairing and restoring KitchenAid and Hobart Mixers. and the grease I've been using is 100 percent silicone food grade grease.The mixer I'm currently restoring is over 60-years old and has been running fine. I want it to run another 60 or more years without any trouble. The listing on this BX-303/B FG-2 food grade grease says it is composed of high-quality mineral oil and various special additives. Later it says Silicone Grease Lubricant for Plumbers, Boat Accessories, Trucking, and Wheel Bearing. It seems that they are throwing as many words as possible in the description in order to make the product fit any purpose. It feels slippery, but it doesn't seem as thick as the grease I've been using.I'm sure I'll find a use for this grease. It seems like a good product, but not quite what I want to put in a thousand-dollar mixer. Two stars knocked off for confusing description.

I bought this for my older kitchen mixer heads. So far the grease itself seems to have the right viscosity to stay in place and not readily melt.

This was useful in performing basic maintenance on my mixer. The grease had not been changed in several years and it was starting to make noises. I used the majority of this tube to re-pack the grease in the gearbox. It has no odor and was easy to clean up. The mixer is now much quieter.

Bought a meat slicer a few years ago. Ran out of lubricant and was using Vaseline. Vaseline did ok but I needed to reapply it before each use. Found this lubricant while searching Amazon. Used my meat slicer a couple times after applying this lubricant. Does a much better job than Vaseline. Didn't need reapplying after once use.

If you Need some grease that can be used on anything this works well. It's food grade so it can be used even on food industry machines. Good price for good grease.
