I purchased the ASODI 69KF2 86Wh battery for my Dell G15 which had suffered horrible battery up time issues since buying the laptop many years ago. I did not realize that you really really really needed to 'wake up' or kick start these batteries in laptops in this way. I was only getting about an hour from my OEM battery in the laptop for the last few year since original purchase. This was tough to deal with as I fly a lot and the AC adapter won't work on flights due to the high current draw my Dell G15 laptop has (240watts). Most aeroplane outlets will trip and shut down above 75watts draw, 100 watts if you are very lucky.So I installed this battery and followed the detailed instructions and ran the new battery down to 10% and then shut the laptop down and charged it to 100% while powered down and repeated this 4 times (actually 5 for good measure lol).So now my laptop gives me almost 5 hours of play time before the battery is depleted which is fantastic. Now I can actually work while I am in flight so I am very happy. Great delivery, great price and excellent holding strength. Happy days

Installation of the battery was fine, plugged in with OEM charger to cycle; battery went from 30% to zero in a matter of 10 minutes. Placed it on the AC adapter for over two hours. Battery would get warm, but battery would never charge past 10%. As soon as the charger is removed, machine goes into sleep mode, so it’s likely misreporting the actual percentage charge.The tool set that comes with it is probably more reliable than the battery itself. Don’t waste your time, effort, or money.

Upgraded a smaller capacity battery in my daughter's Alienware laptop with this one and the charge lasts so much better. Easy install too.

Battery is identical to the OEM one and seems to be holding up very well. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying a new battery ribbon cable since this does not come with one and you are suggested to use the old one. This is not an easy install.

Dont know how the battery will perform, but the description shows tools are included and they were not so I bought a computer tool kit. Will updare to include battery performance

This was not the part I eneded up needing. I thought my battery died on my laptop but after switching it out I found that was not the case. My Motherboard ended up failing and I have lost everything. As far as the battery replacement it can as shown and was easy to install with a search on the interwebs. I do not know on the battery life or longevity as I returned the product,

Laptop worked good before installing the new battery. (Old battery life was short but not malfunctioning) once I installed the new battery I made sure to do as the instructions said. It worked for about a day until the laptop now will just shut off randomly after about 30sec of being on. The only fix is physically unplugging it and plugging it back in. I waited for a while to see if it would naturally fix itself but it didn’t. My $750 laptop is now a brick because of this.

Full disclosure the first battery delivered was at 70% of battery health and after a day would not identify in my bios. However, the seller reached out to me within a couple hours and offered a free replacement with no hassle whatsoever. The replacement product absolutely meets my expectations and is functionally no different than the OEM part. Considering Dell is selling the OEM battery for 140$ at time of review this part is a no brained. My five star review is for the functional product and exemplary customer service. I understand defects happen and it seems the seller does as well. Alienware M15 R3 user.
