Good vegan multivitamin
I really like this multivitamin. Has the right combination of vitamins for vegan/plant based diets. Unfortunately it’s been out of stock now for a while on Amazon and the company website. I don’t care for the other 2 vegan multivitamins made by this company. This particular one has the right amounts of vitamins.

Amazing quality and great brand
Loved these vitamins! They give me so much energy! I love that they are vegan and come in a compostable pouch. And they also support animal sanctuaries here in the US and abroad. I absolutely love that!

The vitamins are everything I want
I’m vegan and love that they have vitamin d, and omegas. I’ve been taking one a day instead of 2 to start out and make them last longer. I’m not a fan of the after taste but i just chew gum after to help. The packaging is adorable and COMPOSTABLE!!! Love the brand.

Arrived completely damaged
I was excited to start using these vitamins and they arrived damaged. The vitamin casings are cracked and all of the vitamin dust settled at the bottom of the bag. There is also no way to return or report this issue, so buyer beware!

Works well
These helped me meet nutritional goals. Seemed like a good quality brand. You dont get a full months supply unless you halve your serving.

Not a paid review
I love FK+ products and take many of them. Zero problems with any of them. I had been taking the complete multivitamin for while, but wasn’t sure if I really needed all the extras. So I switched to the foundations multi. I took it for two months. The smell was very fishy/seaweed as was the taste, which none of their other products have been like. I kind of just dealt with it because it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I really wasn’t noticing too much of a difference with switching. After a while though, I was feeling a bit rundown, my joints were feeling sore, and I really just wasn’t myself. I decided to stop the foundations multi since it was the most recent change I made. In a matter of a day or two, I felt so much better. Like night and day. Looking at the label closer, it maxes out daily iodine, which I wasn’t used to; many multis with iodine don’t max this out since many fruits and some veggies (and a lot of non-vegan food) naturally have iodine in them, and too much iodine bad for your body. And it also doesn’t provide the recommended daily dose for Omega3s, which is something I was used to getting. I’m thinking this these two things were why the multi didn’t work for me.All this to say, everyone has their own experiences and it might work better for others. I just notice a lot of paid/influencer type reviews that all kind of say the same thing, and wanted to offer an unpaid perspective. Even more so that FK+ hasn’t let me review this multi on their site, even when I was still subscribed (which is why I’m leaving my review here). Just feels a bit disingenuous/dishonest, and has me rethinking my other supplements at the moment.

30-day supply MV
These are a decent multi-vitamin for supplementing a vegetarian/vegan diet. They don't contain anything close to the selection of vitamins and mineral you'd find in a 'regular' multi, so these seem to be meant as an additional boost. Do note they contain quite a lot of Vitamin D and B12, in the event you supplement those separately. The capsules themselves are green (literally, in color) and fairly large, though they are quite easy for me to swallow. I noticed no scent to them once out of the packaging. These are packaged with an unusual 'ScentCert' - an oblong flexible object about the size of 2 capsules - which scents the entire bag with what I assume was intended as orange peel. To my nose the aroma is more orange pith than orange peel as it is quite bitter. While I don't detect this on the capsules when I remove them from the pouch, I *can* taste it once I put them in my mouth to swallow. I don't find it all that pleasant and I have to chase it with a bit of food or a strongly flavored drink (a snack/meal, sip of coffee). Other than that I get no flavor from these, and was surprised another reviewer noticed a fishy taste - I don't get that at all.For a company concerned about composting their packaging, I think they could do better than to only supply 30-days per pouch. I also think the price is high for the small range of vitamins/minerals provided.
