Supremely well made, they meet the requirements of my listening room perfectly.

Beautifully crafted acoustic panels look great and perform well, reducing the sound reflections from my walls and creating a much more pleasing environment for audio listening and recording. They look so much more contemporary and classy than the common egg crate foam panels used to deaden the sound in a room.I ordered the black version and didn't have any of the wrinkles on the edges that another reviewer complained about. These are super well made and impressive to look at.

I am really happy with these panels. I used them on the ceiling in my studio. The fabric was high quality, the absorption material was very dense, and it was easy to attach and hold to the ceiling. The color was as described and the box that the units were shipped in wet glossy, high quality boxing. Very impressed and happy. I would highly recommend.

Decent. Seems to deaden more mid/high frequency than anything. Havnt had much use yet so time will tell. So far I’m enjoying them

It worked for the purpose I bought it for. I installed 2x of the 48" x 12", 4x of the 24" x 12" size Delivered 12/27/23 and install immediately after making sure the walls I'm putting it on are very clean. On 1/12/24, one of the 4 24" x 12" came off the wall. Today 3/1/24, one of the 48" x 12" came off the wall. On both instances, it tore off some part of the wall paint. I was using the pre-attached adhesives. Dear seller, if you are reading this review, please let me know other mounting options. I was going to purchase another set of 4 coz' I still have areas needing acoustic treatment but will put it off for the moment. I am not confident these will hold up on the wall.Update 3/21/24:The seller reached out to me after posting my review. They shipped me hanging hardwares. This is a very generous gesture. I have yet to use them since I still didn't have time to do some paint patch up. I was also informed the product will not be shipping with the hardwares (they sent it for me to solve my issue) but instead the product will undergo an improved adhesive - instead of adhesive strips around the corners and middle of the panel, it will be a full back adhesive.

Sometimes it is hard to find a visually-appealing acoustic panel that is also high-quality. As a matter of fact, it is difficult to simply find a good-looking acoustic panel. These are well-made and the devil is in the details, as they say. Really beautiful panels that I'm proud to hang. Thanks

I thought this was a great idea, the color was perfect, but the adhesive didn't stick to my walls! The walls are a light skip trowel and not a heavy texture by any means. They all fell and are now dented. I am so disappointed. Besides screwing them into the walls, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hard to give anything higher than one star in this situation.

These are large and thick and well made.They were too thick for my original project, but I found a place for them somewhere else. They look good. Simple and pretty. They do absorb sound pretty well.Thank you.

These are a second set of panels I have had the opportunity to use from UNIACOUSTICS and I have to say this company manufactures some excellent sound management products. They may be seem a bit pricy but, are definitely worth it since they are well made and performs excellently.These panels are internally filled with a fiberglass material and wrapped in a medium weight fabric that has a surface texture similar to canvas. I’m not certain what the frame composed of, it maybe some sort of dense foam but, it is quite firm and provides good structure. Overall, theses panels are extremely light (at about 5 lbs each) for their size and for the performance you get out of them.  The previous acoustic panels I got were the same as these, but at half the size/surface area. These ones are double the length and much more economical than those to treat a wall from floor to ceiling. Just like the smaller panels, these are very well made and professional looking. Aesthetically, they look fantastic and fits well in an actual living space (like a living room, bed room, or home theater), or even a home office. Since these panels are the same as the smaller ones I first reviewed, the test I did still holds up. With a decibel meter, I had measured a 13-15 decibel drop in sound directly in front of the panels. Obviously, it was not a controlled test but, it does show a night and day difference.Ultimately, these panels are used to dampen noise that would typically reflect and reverberate off a flat surface. They are used to break up any flat surface and improve the overall sound quality in that space. It makes the space quieter and, the overall resultant sound is cleaner, clearer and less harsh. There are various factors that will affect this like room/wall size, panel quantity, and panel placement but, when done correctly the effect is immediate and obvious.I also wanted to mention that these panels do have a double stick tape of the back to mount them on to the wall permanently. It is the best way to do it but, if you think that you might move these in the future or want to be able to easily reposition them, then you should find a alternative way to hang them. That way they can easily be moved and repositioned with minimal wall damage. In my case, I used French cleats. You could probably get away with using 3M command strips too given how light they are but, you’ll have to play around with it a bit for yourself.These panels are definitely worth considering if you have been looking for some sort of sound treatment. They look better than the egg carton foam, and the performance is consistent. Just know that these are not for soundproofing, they are used to improve the overall sound quality in a space by dampening unnecessary and unwanted reverberations and reflected noise. Quantity and placement of panels will be a factor on how much improvement you will.

A few months ago I received two acoustic noise absorbing panels from this manufacturer. The full review is posted below.I want to ad an update today after receiving two different shaped panels from the same manufacturer, UMIACOUSTICS.In adding these two longer panels to either side of the current setup I now have an excellent process to truly dampen the sound from my office that sits right below the living room in our house.Previously my spouse complained she could hear everything that was going on in my office pretty clearly.That is not the case now.These panels really work.My only proviso is that to really experience the true dampening effect you need more than a couple of these.Previous review from September/23 I have an office in the basement of my home and spend a lot of time there gaming and talking online. Unfortunately this office sits right below the family room where my significant other spends a lot of her free time. She has complained many times about my booming voice when I have headphones on as there is a natural propensity to speak louder than you need to when wearing headphones. We have tried several things to lessen if not dampen the transmission of sound from my office with limited success.Until now.....I got these acoustic noise dampening panels and installed them and they have had a significant impact on dampening the sound transmission from my office to the upstairs.These were available in different colors and I ordered the panels in the color option that most matched my wall color.I have attached several pictures showing the panels..the reverse side with the double sided tape and the application of the 2 panels behind where I sit in my office and close to where the heating vent is in the ceiling.A couple of points of note: There were no instructions about how to use the panels, anything helpful about placement...there was nothing...I found that a little strange.Also there is a lot of double sided tape on the back side of the panels which is great however you need to be very careful to not pull the tape right off the panel without leaving the adhesive surface intact.I found using tweezers worked quite well on some of the pieces I was having trouble with.All in all I am quite happy with how these panels work and look!

These panels don't feel the same NRC of 0.95 compared to the 12x12 models (pure polyester, 0% glass fiber) from the same brand which has also an NRC of 0.95.Further, on the box specification of this panel (48x12) states an absorption of 0.85 and not 0.95, so this is very confusing. Because you cannot claim the same noise reduction, yet when tested feel under-performing.
