Q: What are the exact dimensions of the photo insert? I am looking for one with dimensions of 1 3/4" by 2 3/4".

Q: I have one of these globes and some of the water has evaporated. Is there a way to add more water?

There is a small plug on the bottom of the snow globe, you have to remove the black base to get to it. We suggest using a syringe to add more water through the tiny hole.

We sell the product only. You must print and insert your own photo. Inserting is very easy!
