I have no real idea if these are doing anything?But they are very easy to take and good color.I agree with many others, compared to the photos, and the bottle you get, the bottle is unnecessarily huge for such little product and makes no sense as to it being so large.Taste wise I dont feel it has any negative taste, no after taste while taking either. Unsure if the value for the money is good or not as I cannot tell if the health benefits are good or not yet. No upset stomach issues, my digestive system has been just fine and I have IBS and sensitive stomach.Quality? Seems good.

I like taking these when i am stressed and work late and skip meals it gives me energy and keeps me feeling satisfied as it’s nutritious and cleansing. I like the small pill size and tastes good as i know the green superfoods very well! My hair and skin feel and look good even though I am tired. I work long hot hours as a personal chef and this protects me.
