Purchased this set to replace my aging kit was a bit dubious at first but that all went out of the window when I had installed the kit, easy to install and set up with lots of choice settings for each camera and the clarity even at night is exceptional in colour. Once set up and register the unit access via the app with all the customisation you need and all stored on the base unit 2Tb hard drive. Highly recommend.

There is nothing missing from the box, and I mean nothing. They even give you a tiny USB mouse to help configure the unit. I installed this around my shed and back garden as we back on to a railway line. It has worked flawlessly and the picture quality at 4K is supreme even at night.I actually ordered some extra cameras to plug into the unit so I no have 8 camera's up and running. It's quick and has none of the insane latency you get with the considerably more expensive Google WiFi cameras.All in all a great product.

All plug and play 👍 All the extras you need including a mouse to navigate menus on a TV.Only issue was camera cables so tightly rolled that to remove kinks used a hot airgun.

This product is a 5 star buy what a first class item well packaged well worth the price , i would recommend this product all day long 👍👍

Sorry Napcat, your kit and app seem nice, but it failed at the second step. Signed up for an account ok, but the next step is to add a new device. Plugged the main unit into my BT router with the supplied cable, and i know the router works just fine as i was accessing the web via the port right next to the port i used. LED on port at the back of the main unit is green and flicks orange to show network activity with the router. LED on the front of the main unit blinking blue. Try to search for the base unit in the app and fails each time, despite re-starting everything. App help no use. Very disappointed.

The product was working fine until a few days back... Now I cannot login to my account and cannot view or control the device...
