If you have any doubts about glutamine in general, do a web search on the benefits and see for yourself if it's something you could use. I'm 38 and still train pretty hard so at this point in my life I'll try anything legal to help me recover. I like the fact that glutamine helps in everything from repairing muscle to boosting white cell count. My close friend (43 years old) has practiced jiu jitsu for quite some time and once lived on ibuprofen to deal with the soreness after training. He's now ditched the ibuprofen all together after using 20 grams of glutamine post workout. As for this particular product, it mixes well and seems to be high quality.

This powder is a great alternative to the expensive stuff that is in the post workout mixes. I did not want to buy something expensive from the local health store or even REI. I decided to find out what was in the expensive shake mixes and just make my own. I have seen much improvements in my size and volume at the gym. Others have noticeed too. This alone will not do the trick but it is essential in building muscle.

Quality Glutamine for the right price! I enjoyed it very much. However this forces me to say more than the first sentence. Haha

Sucralose is a chlorinated artificial sweetener, and the flavoring is typically super potent and artificial.Best bet - just the glutamine, thank you.Excellent as is!

We liked this product because ON are the best nutritional brand. And its Glutamine is not the exception. The product compared to Glutamine from other labs is really good, and additionally the price is adequate. The only think I did not like it was that this bottle is not coming with measure spoon, should not be a plus, and almost of nutritional products includes one, at least other Glutamine bottles.

I've been using this after workouts to help prevent muscle soreness/fatigue and I really think it makes a difference. Seems to improve recovery time - especially after leg day!
