Disappointing replacement pump
I bought the replacement pump for my cats fountain in December. I chose to purchase the genuine item as opposed to cheaper versions, I shouldn’t have bothered the connection pin to the plug has snapped after just two months use so is now useless, extremely disappointing as the fountain has been brilliant.

Deeply unimpressed with the transformer
For some reason this order was fulfilled from America, so the transformer came with one of their weedy plug things that look positively dangerous when you’re used to UK BSI 3 prong plugs, but I kept theold one, so fingers crossed it works.The cat will be pleased. Why this order was satisfied from the USA is a mystery, you can buy the Pioneer Pet Fountains in the UK, the stainless steel components will effectively last forever, and the pump has been running nigh on continuously, cleaning aside, since 12th December 2015. They are solid little pumps. My issues are with a useless transformer I didn’t need, anyone want one with the US fitting.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Pioneer Pet fountain range, we have the Rainbow Drop version, the cat absolutely loves it. The filters are easy to replace, it looks great, it’s accessible for the cat to sit and drink from the pump, it’s not too noisy either. I have it in the living room so can see she’s getting plenty of water, it becomes part of the background noise, I notice more when it’s off than on.The old transformer works thankfully, and the cat is delighted that her fountain is up and running again.I’d suggest the manufacturer unbundle tge pump and transformer into two distinct products, or offer different olug type options when ordering,

Not working
The pump is not working. Was so happy to find a pump matching the pioneer pet fountain but not working.

Its NOT fit for UK!
Its for 120v @60Hz which is not UK power!Stupid, unchecked and not fit for sale in UK market.

Works perfectly but very noisy

NO USE WHATSOEVER
NO USE AT ALL Came with American plug fittings.Do not work here and I do not now know what to get.I wasn't charged though
