A better product then the L430 BLK
When my L430N BLK stopped working I looked for a replacement. To be honest I was not so keen on purchasing a Friedland product again. But they are the only ones who seem to make cordless PIRs. This one is much better made then the older product. Only time will tell if that is the actual case.

Works well
Initially some problems in setting it for night time operation, but sorted itself out after removing/replacing battery a few times.Working very well now - impressed.

Reliable and simple to set up
I have four of these sensors and use them with three Spectra lighting controllers to control 5 lights. They seem to have a good detection range and have been very reliable. The batteries have lasted 15 months so far. One small gripe is that the controls are a bit difficult to see properly if you are at all shortsighted.
