Good customer service but product not so good
I like the convenience of this hose (bought 3 of them) and customer service has been very good, but alas, I've also had 2 out of 3 fail on me. I think these hoses are best for light work, but if you're dragging them around, or tugging on them a lot, they just aren't rugged enough for that. Basically the interior bladder ruptures. I have managed to patch them up with hard plastic tubing and gorilla glue, but I was hoping for longer life than 6 months at best.EDIT: Now all 3 out of 3 have failed. I even tried another similar type of hose from a different maker and had the same result. They are great for a few months but sure as hell they bust a gut (the bladder inside the hose). And no, I don't abuse the hose, unless turning it on and uncoiling it is just too much for it. Not recommended for any serious use.

It last for less then a year
I was exciting to get a hose that won't require too much trouble to roll it back on hanger. It works fine when I start to use it for 2 weeks. One day I need to pull it farther. Since it's 100 ft long, why not? Then I got a problem... The hose leak... I got a dozen leaking on the hose and there's no way to stop them. I don't even know where is the leaking spot. Now I have to live with the leaking whenever I use it...1/17/19 updatedI throw this garden hose away a month ago. The water exploded out from the beginning end of the hose. There's no way to stop it and no way to use it. I barely use it and it last for less then a year. I won't buy garden hose with this material again.

Ok but temporary
6 months with this hose and it sprung a leak yesterday. Thought this would be a better quality hose than the typical expandable hose but it's not. Nor does it shrink down as small These are great but they're temporary. Not going to last you nearly as long as a traditional hose would but hey, that's the price you pay for convenience. My advice when searching for an expandable hose would be, shop for price. Not quality because you will be replacing it fairly quickly.

So far, so good
In the past, most of these hoses split and/or exploded. But, this one has been great. SOOOOO much easier to roll up than the old-fashioned hard rubber hoses. I bought several ... one for the garage, one for the front, one for the back and one for our RV. All are doing well.

don't buy this!!
I purchased this the end of January. Has a 6 month warranty. The hose burst open on August 3rd, less than a week after the warranty expired. You should buy this only if you want to purchase a new hose every 6 months, ie just after the warranty expires!

Weak and sort of cheap. Pressure head is going ...
Weak and sort of cheap. Pressure head is going to break any second. Wish I bought the one at Home Depot.

It is great until it isn’t!!
This hose was great until it wasn’t. it is light weight and flexible. Only problem is that after 9 months, it now has a hole. Has anyone used it and found a way to patch the hole???

The product is not durable. Only last about nine months.
I brought this product last year on November 6th, 2017 via Amazon Prime. And put to use In December time frame. It broke on September 2018. The connection at the faucet side leaks water like crazy. At the time I brought it, it said warranty of one year but it only last nine months. What a waste.
