USELESS
Completely useless as there is no insulation when you expand it, just the outer material and not even a separate compartment so makes the whole thing useless.Trying to return but that is also problematic!

Great design, poor quality
I originally bought this at £29.99, the design is perfect, but unfortunately the quality of the materials and stitching is rather poor. Within a couple of weeks the shoulder strap started coming apart and after several months it had torn away from the body of the bag due to the stitching. It was kinda OK for a £30 bag, but there is no way that this is worth £50, the quality is just not there, you can get better options at a better price at the moment.
