Pie Matrix Griffin 114 AZ Telescope

Getting a telescope has been a childhood dream and Pie Matrix Griffin is my first scope. I bought this after a lot of research and reading the reviews here. The company provides good support as I asked them a few questions before purchasing and they got back to me in 48 hours.As this is my first scope the quality to me seems awesome! Value for money I'd say. I am absolutely happy with the tripod stand it comes with. It is so sturdy! Usually all other telescopes in this range I see people complain about the flimsy tripods and mounts. Pie matrix delivers quality at this price. The assembly was very easy. I had already watched the video of how to assemble earlier.Have attached a photo of the moon I took last night after receiving it yesterday. Not the best photo but it was such a wonderful view in person.Now I hope the telescope keeps providing good views for a long time. Maybe I'll edit this review after a few months of use.

This has the best stand and great body and parts. But the telescope did not function per the requirements. No complaints on the quality.The Finderscope couldn’t be aligned and hence won’t be able to view any star or object. So trial and error methods.The Stars are small but could be slightly bigger in this, but was even smaller. Best to view with your own eyes. Distant objects in this will test your patience and strain your eyes and neck. Maybe the right product will solve.The lens provided are good, but when used with 10mm went so dark, then no use of looking at the stars. Supposed to view something.The stand won’t hold the telescope in a place has a slight movement up and down, so straining one’s eyes and neck. This movement in mm is so much and later finding the position is difficultThe support is available on phone, but no support on ground.So buy this only if you know how to use it. Else a camera with good zoom will solve the purpose. Or check it at a place and then buy. Peeping with one eye and focusing is difficult.

A really great product by pie matrix

Found the product to be very good quality and excellent features.Easy to set-up , use and excellent visibility of celestial objects.Also received very good support from the team on demo and briefing of the features.

Can't see clear images. All options tried couldn't find objects clearly not even full moon.

Good, nice and bestI bought it to see the 2024 solar eclipse and it was easy to assemble, to place, and it looked very clear.It comes with instructions in several languages, lots of parts and a backpack to carry it. In addition, it arrived in 2 days, 3 days earlier than expected.Definitely a very good buy, I recommend it.

product is good 9/10packaging is premium 9/10usability- 7/10 if you are a beginner then you have to go through the installation videos give by the brand through a qr code otherwise you will be stuck with what to do with the product.Mirror quality- 8/10Support from the brand - 10/10 contact them they will provide very good after support. i had very much issues with product but kudos to the support. good to know indian brands are focusing on after sales.
