Great device.
Great product, I've been using shark hoovers for over 10 years and this is the best one yet.Looks smart, is light so makes it easy to hoover around the house and the auto empty is effortless. The power is great as it detects dirt levels, different floor surfaces and edges adjusting the suction and power as you go. Then once you're done, pop it on the doc to auto empty and charge.I've only used the hoover for about 20 minutes at a time, so I've not experienced any drops in power and it charges on the doc until full then stops charging. The doc itself is really easy to empty and the hoover is simple to strip if you get any build ups in certain parts of the device.I would highly recommend, worth the money in my opinion and if like any of my last devices will stand the test of time.

Shark Detect Pro Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, Ultra-Lightweight Anti Hair Wrap Vacuum Cleaner with Duste
Review Summary:This cordless vacuum cleaner is a game-changer in home cleaning. Its ultra-lightweight design, powerful suction, and long battery life make it an excellent choice for any household.Positive Features:1. The ultra-lightweight design of this vacuum cleaner is a standout feature. It's easy to maneuver around the house, making cleaning less of a chore.2. The powerful suction is impressive. It picks up dust and debris efficiently, leaving the floors spotless.3. The Anti Hair Wrap technology is a lifesaver, especially for homes with pets. It prevents hair from tangling around the brush-roll, ensuring consistent performance.4. The 60-minute run-time is another plus. It allows for extended cleaning sessions without the need for frequent recharging.5. The inclusion of a Duster-Crevice tool is a thoughtful addition. It helps in cleaning hard-to-reach areas and corners effectively.Areas for Improvement:1. The dust bin capacity could be larger. Frequent emptying can be a bit inconvenient, especially during extensive cleaning sessions.2. While the vacuum is generally easy to use, the instructions could be clearer. A more detailed user manual would be helpful.3. The vacuum could benefit from additional attachments for more specific cleaning tasks. In conclusion, this vacuum cleaner is a solid investment for those seeking a convenient, efficient, and powerful cleaning tool. Despite a few minor drawbacks, its performance and features make it a worthwhile addition to any home.

Very impressed.
I bought a Dyson Omniglide to replace my ageing Dyson V10. I was prepared to put up with not being able to use it on carpet as that's not what it's designed for. However even on hard floors it was crap. It just picked up the car hair with one roller, passed it to the second roller which then spots it back out at as a knotted clump. So when this was reduced from £449 to £299 I couldn't not buy it. I love the fact it has a bagless bin! I have a robot that has anauto empty base and that uses bags but this Shark proves it's perfectly fine to have a bagless base.I wanted the more expensive model as it came with a 2L base instead of 1.3L and also because the flexible wand could get under furniture (the cheaper model doesn't get the this feature) I have found that I can get a month before needing to empty the base. The filters in the base get VERY dirty though. The only issue I have with this vacuum is that the wand feels EXTREMELY flimsy and flexes as you use the vacuum. It doesn't feel that strongly attached to the handle either. It makes it feel really cheap and detracts from the perceived quality. It also makes me worry about longevity. Dyson's may be expensive but the quality is the best on the market and they feel like they'll last forever. The vacuum picks up everything with ease. I have mainly hard floors that are vacuumed daily by the robot. I use the Shark to do the rug and carpets in the house. Despite not coming with "DuoClean" heads this head eems to have a soft fluffy roller with carpets fins built in. An all in one head. One thing I hated about my Dyson V10 has having to swap from one head to another to clean carpets and hard floors. This Shark REALLY seems to dig deep into carpets! The pile is given a huge lift and the carpet looks like new again. If picks up on hard floors just as impressively. We have two cats and a robot litterbox. They are always spilling clean litter on the tiled floor when using the box and sometimes it's more than the robot can handle and so the main vacuum comes out to tackle it.I was VERY surprised to see the pet tool! It's not the usual rotating roller brush but a lint roller type brush. I have a handheld roller for cat hair on the sofa and itoves back and forth and collects the fur with static cling. The Shark has a similar design but with air vent also built in to sick up the removed hair. It seems to clean every bit as good as a traditional pet tool despite maybe needing a little more physical effort.I always use the vacuum on the auto setting as that's what gives the best performance and battery life. I find the auto sensor is fantastic! As soon as it hits carpet it boosts the speed of the brush bar to maximum. If the vacuum senses lots of dirt and dust in as particular spot it will turn red on on the head and the handle to notify you and the suction will increase until the spot is clean. The dirt detection light being on the head and handle is great as I mainly look at the head but others don't. It was surprising to see where the most hidden dirt was accumulating. The vacuum also sense when it is cleaning against a wall and boosts suction to maximum to try and pick up debris from the cracks. There is even an LED light on the brush bar and it even has a sensor to only come on when it gets dark or if you clean under dark furniture etc. It can even choose to only light up half of the strip if that's all that's needed. It's very clever. The auto empty function works automatically whenever you return the Shark back to the dock to charge. It's emptied the vacuums dust bin perfectly every single time. It's a really well thought out design. In summary I've always been a Dyson fan/customer but with a robot doing the daily hard work I couldn't justify spending £750 on the newest Dyson when this does even more and is way less. This is a SUPERB vacuum and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Good little sucker
I bought this to use in my holiday home as I didn't need a big bulky vacuum. I am pleasantly surprised how effective it is. It has lots if power and cleans right up to the edges. The auto empty system is amazing.I'm now thinking it would work well in my house. The only minor concern is, the battery doesn't last long on high power mode, like 15mins. The normal mode is ideal for big areas but for edges and more fiddly areas, the high power suction makes it easier. I guess I will get used to it in time.
