I would say use daily if you want to bulk up, and continue your gym routine. That and a decent meal regime is good. As you bulk up and work off he unwanted areas it will bring results.

There certainly should be. Just squeeze the bag on the outside until you find it, and then bring it to the surface. Then you can reach in and grab it off the top. Saves rummaging around in your powder :D
