My wife wanted a narrower chair that would be able to scoot up closer to her desk and this was the one we decided on. No disappointments at all so far. It's comfortable and measurements were accurate.

I've been using this chair for a few months now and it's been super comfortable. A great quality chair for the price. I'm not hunch over at my desk anymore and can feel the different when I'm sitting at my desk for long periods of times.

I normally don't leave reviews (let alone 1-star reviews) but my experience with this chair has really been a big let down. I've gone through multiple desk chairs before (some super cheap and some super expensive) and, as a summary of my thoughts, I feel that this chair isn't worth it at all for the price.Here are my issues:1. Installation: I will say the instructions made a lot of sense and it wasn't hard to follow. My main problem was the quality of the build. There were tons of issues where the holes didn't exactly line up and you had to force your way into screwing it in. There was metal gunk on some of the screws which were blocking me from screwing all the way in too.2. Comfort: This chair is NOT comfortable for the price. Why would the lean-back mechanic involve leaning the entire chair (back + seat) instead of just the back panel??? You effectively can't lean back unless you get a stool to lift your legs to so the seat falls back. This is really rare for desk chairs and I'm not a fan at all.3. Headrest: The headrest was not made for tall people (I'm 6ft for context). This was an unfortunate reality as I realized how uncomfortable it is to lean back4. Value: I don't think this chair was worth the price. I experienced better options for $100+ and this really does fall below par. There's actually a very similar model on Amazon by a different seller (no headrest) that my spouse has that I highly recommend!Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with this chair. I'm surprised by the other reviews as I didn't have as good of a time with this chair. Maybe you will but I know there are better options that I wish I bought.As a fair warning to shoppers: Reminder that it is very hard to return a desk chair compared to something smaller. I would return this chair if I could but it is physically difficult for me to carry this heavy box all the way to the nearest drop off location.

The media could not be loaded. The chair just feels cheap, the plastic leaves a bit to be desired. It looks nice don’t get me wrong but that’s pretty much where the good stuff ends. Assembly instructions were good i got caught up on this one screw for the arm rest, it will not go in or out which has left me struggling to even assemble it completely. I am using the tool provided and this screw will simply not come out. Aside from this fact the seat cushion is alright at best, if you’re on your computer for less than an hour it’s okay. Anything more than that and your butt just starts to hurt. The arm rests come up way too low for myself, I am 5’10” and my arms do not go that low to actually use them so I suppose if you’re smaller you might actually use them. I just fold them up and ignore it even has them. The reclining feature is okay I suppose it goes back and is adjustable, I wish i was able to lock a position and keep the chair in that position. Loose setting is very loose and the tight position is loose as well! Essentially no adjustment so that’s cool!Overall, not my favorite product and I will be refunding it as it’s just not a chair built for someone like me I suppose, wheels were smooth if that’s something you’re looking for!UPDATE: Looks like the screwhole inside the seat has broken off on the inside and that is why my screw will not come out of the hole. I wasn’t particularly aggressive when screwing them in but after a while of screwing this one i noticed it was just spinning and left it at that. Now that I am disassembling it for return i see that was the issue.
