My hair is very dry but since I used novu botanicals keratin my hair has become beautiful, shiny and soft.. I recommend it super effective

This shampoo set leaves my hair soft, although it doesn't leave much of a smell in the hair. It's ideal for people who have undergone a keratin process or are thinking of undergoing a keratin treatment.

The first set I bought of keratin shampoo and conditioner was great I love the smell I mean it made my hair so silky soft no frizz and I have a subscription with Amazon and my second set it smelled weird the shampoo does and it doesn't work right I think they forgot to put something in it I just don't know what to do. I hope my next set of bottles are not like this because it has a great smell when it's done right.

The media could not be loaded. The shampoo and conditioner were packed very well. No leakage at all. It smells very nice and somewhat floral. Good size container. I used the shampoo and conditioner as instructed on the bottles i used 2 quarter size instead of 1 because my hair is long. I left it on for 3 to 4min each. The shampoo has a good consistancy and is whiteish in color. It did not lather like regular soap (make any suds) it looked like i had nothing on but i could feel the shampoo in my hair, it made my hair feel light weight while i was lathering it in my hair. When i rinse it off it did not feel like it striped my natural oils from my scalp or feel squeaky. I used the conditioner after. I noticed it one wash my hair felt very soft to the touch and a little frizzy for the morning. Overall works great my hair feels nice and soft.

I typically use different product that is all natural ingredients. While moving, all my other stuff was packed and this was still in the linen closet.This was an excellent substitute for my usual.My hair was soft, easy to untangle and comb through wet or dry and there was no need to use any more or less than one with long hair would need. Easy to use and apply.I'm staying with my usual product, but if I had to, this would be my new preferred shampoo & conditioner.

The pumps sent do not function. Very cheap plastic and cannot get them to pump out.The actual product seems fine. It’s too bad the pumps do not function as expected as I must open bottle each time for use. Will not purchase this product subsequently.
