horrible latency, edit, im not to smart i guess you have to make sure the sensetivity is all the way up and theres no set deadzone on the game your playing has decent latencey even for fps games i would say less then half a millisecond works with wireless too as long as its not blutooth

Its great but you need a different cable
To make the xim work the blue light has to stay blue and if it flashing blue it means it not working so try to find different cord around your house and see what works

Wireless works
You CAN use wireless with this device. BOTH the very inexpensive Tecknet Wireless 2.4G Mouse and Logitech's K360 compact Wireless keyboard work well together.
