Daughter loved this set!
I got this for my daughter, who loves Legos. She absolutely loved putting this together, and I must say, the detail is fantastic. We didn't even know about the LED lights and they add a special touch. She did say it was a little more difficult to put the pieces together, but she didn't mind it. Also, she normally builds it in stages anyway, so she didn't have the support issues others mentioned. She has it up in her room on display and now wants to get many other sets.

Spectacular build. Brilliant, even.
TL;DRDetailed, thoroughly enjoyable build with a relatively minor flaw regarding structural integrity. Lego-quality bricks, Lego-quality instruction booklet, and a string of LEDs - all for considerably less than an equivalent Lego set.THE GOOD- They cracked the code! Eventually I might stop being impressed by how remarkably close not-Lego bricks are to genuine Legos, but today is not that day. Properties between the two are so similar that they even make the same sound when you're digging through a pile of bricks. Literally, music to my earholes (my wife hates that sound, though, so your revelling mileage may vary).- LIGHTS! I love lamp. I mean lights. LEDs in particular are very versatile and fun, and this set takes full advantage of that by providing not one LED, not two, but a full string of glorious LED illumination.- Detailed, but not too detailed! Which is a weird statement, but hear me out: there is a multitude of quirky details stuffed in every corner of this build, but they are tastefully done. By that I mean thay the details aren't overdone; they don't interfere with the build or get in the way, but instead complement it nicely.- Modular! Sort of! It is designed with layers in mind, so it is very easy and very painless to separate each floor for play or display. This also makes actually building the set more intuitive as well. It's an excellent design choice.- Quality of life! In the instructions, specifically. It is missing the master parts list, which I was kind of bummed about, but it has every other element that one might expect to see in a bonafide Lego set booklet.THE LESS-THAN-GOOD- Structural integrity is solid... for the most part. That modularity I mentioned above and how it makes building the set more intuitive? Kind of not optional. I ended up building each floor separately (which didn't cause any issues for me regarding the build as a whole) because the plates that serve as the second level's floor did not take kindly to the pressure exerted during third level construction. Similar issue with the roof and the third level floor. I also ended up adding a few additional pieces to the underside of the second and third levels as reinforcement.- There is no guidance when placing the LED string. Which is fine, I guess - I just figured something out on my own - but it would've been nice if there was more forethought and intentionality with the lighting. Which leads me to my next point:- This is less a problem that needs fixing and more just something I would've liked to see: a longer string of LEDs. This is not to detract from the bullet point up in THE GOOD gushing over this same string, but due to the lack of guidance, I ended trying to light up the "lights" in the build, if that makes sense. Put the LEDs with the lamps and other light fixtures in the build. I thought it would look great, but alas! I ran out of string before I could light up every light in the build. Which made me a little sad. Again, not a product defect, but certainly something that could be improved upon.- Few spare parts, relative to the total piece count. This is also not a straight up failing of the product, but the margin of error for missing critical pieces to the set gives me a smidge of anxiety. I think I'm a little spoiled in this by Lego, perhaps, who has historically been quite generous with spare parts.FINAL THOUGHTSIncredibly entertaining build with no more than minor hiccups to the experience at a superb pricepoint. Great little cafe building block set
My daughter and I put this together and absolutely loved it. The detail in the cafe is fantastic and kids could easily play out their own little sitcoms in here. The set was very easy to assemble and the instructions were clear and detailed. Each bag was numbered and the instructions show exactly what part is being built with which numbered bag.I love the addition of the lights but I just with they were all in blocks instead of just LEDs on a wire. Still really nice though.Highly recommend this for anyone building a cityscape set.

Awesome Brick Build Set
I recently finished building the City Cafe by Xmork, and I must say, It was very similar to the major leading brick building toy brand build. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the clear instructions made the assembly such a fun build. I encountered a minor issue when attaching the roof piece at the end. It didn't lock smoothly, requiring a bit more time than usual to get it just right. Despite this small issue, I'm giving it a 5-star review for its overall quality and resemblance to top quality building sets. Highly recommended for all ages, especially those who are looking for something similar but much more economical in price.

Disappointed
A beautiful build, but getting it built is frustrating. The structural integrity is not optimal. The curved windows are frustrating as they keep falling apart. The bases for each floor are small pieces that do not have enough support. I ended up putting it on a 32x32 plate & adding supports under the upper floors.
