East Oak customer service is top notch. I had a problem with the burner assembly mixture, resulting in black carbon buildup on the glass tube. East Oak sent replacements for the glass and the burner assembly, with a very quick turnaround.

We purchased this particular heater because it has such a unique and captivating look. It's definitely a conversation piece as the dancing flame lights up the night sky. This heater is more about ambiance than generating heat, so I would not recommend this particular model if heating your outdoor space is your first priority ... but is sure looks awesome!In addition to this pyramid heater, we have two other mushroom-style heaters (50K BTUs) from East Oak, and they generate much more heat and at a greater range. If heat is your primary need, I recommend East Oak's mushroom-style (torch) heaters. We invested in the optional heat deflector plates, which make a big difference by effectively channeling the heat where you want it most.East Oak is a quality company that really seems committed to customer satisfaction. We knew that the minute we opened the box and found everything meticulous wrapped and secured. They provided detailed instructions with pictures, and all the parts and necessary tools (yes, tools!) were shrink wrapped and labeled/numbered. The instructions were excellent. Assembly was surprisingly easy (60-90 minutes)!East Oak's customer service team is exceptional, too! When I emailed a question about my pyramid heater ([email protected]), they were professional, courteous, and very quick to respond (same day!). They were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and even checked in with me a couple of times to make sure I was enjoying my purchase and 100% satisfied.East Oak offers quality products AND exceptional customer service. An excellent product that works really well. What blew me away is their customer service. I had one fall down and get damaged but the company helped me replace the parts and allowed me to extend the life of my product.

I ordered this heater for my upcoming wedding. The wind blew it over and broke the glass tube before we were ever able to use it. We tried to purchase a replacement tube but it’s an odd size, so we reached out to EastOak and they sent us a replacement.

I had a great experience in dealing with an issue that came up with my pyramid heaters. We bought one and loved it so much we bought a second. But when it was assembled, the flame was only half the height of the first one. After sending East Oak a video of its performance, I expected an exchange that would involve several back and forth troubleshooting attempts. Instead East Oak promptly sent me a brand new heater and let me keep the faulty one for spare parts, which came in handy when a wind gust blew one of the heaters over and broke the glass cylinder flame housing. Thanks East Oak for making that process easy.

Shipping box was fine but product all bent all 4 panels and upper support

I would have given this heater a 5 start review. It went together very easily (as longas you follow the instructions of course) and started right up after I leak tested it.Now the reason I am not rating this 5 stars is color. The main reason we bought thisone is the photo's appear to show a white set of bases. My wife is quite sensitive to color, beingan artist, and really for sure did not want black and was not really happy with all the othershiny silver/stainless steal ones on amazon. Low and behold we see this picture and think wowwhite... buy it!!Of course after I get it assembled (the last steps are to put on the bottom panels) I find it issilver. Looking very closely at the pictures I can see it was in a room being photo'ed with a brightwhite back-drop so it looked white :-(It is lovely with the rippled sides and we will test it out the next few weeks here in Florida, but Iam quite disappointed that I was fooled into thinking I had snagged a white heater ... we probablywould have bought this one anyway from all the choices, I just would have liked to know that it*was not* white!!
