sketchy on the FODMAPs

It's not bad. 3.5 stars. I purchased it because I can't have garlic on the low FODMAP diet to treat IBS. I'm not 100% convinced this is the best choice for low FODMAPs. There are little pieces of garlic swimming around in it, and they come out of the spout pretty easily. So it's fairly easy to accidentally eat a chunk of garlic.I also tried this in some cooking recipes and was not impressed. The worst experiment was trying to make garlic mashed potatoes. But I just made pasta salad with it, and it turned out really good. Maybe this is better suited for cold foods.

Quality and flavor

I bought this olive oil to take on a trip but decided to open it and try it. Oh my! The olive oil is fresh tasting with an underlying garlic infusion. This will get saved at home for special dishes and salads.

Amazing flavor

I like the flavor. My wife is following a low FODMAP diet and can't have garlic. I love garlic and this infused oil allows us to still get the garlic flavor without upsetting her stomach. A little pricey, but worth it.
