i LOVE this!! i’ve gotten this 3 times already and use it all the time. it’s my favorite oil. i love that it stays liquid too. my teeth feel so so clean between this and my new water pick my teeth feel brand new.

Day 1 tried it instantly could not miss the difference it made. I swished as long as I could stand to because it's an extremely weird texture and rather bland flavor. I probably swished about a minute and a half. I quite smoking cigarettes something like 6 months ago and haven't ever really been consistent at all with brushing my teeth. So they was stained but now after the first use they are now white minus a few spots. And it was a half hearted attempt so if that's not evidence they work then I don't know what is. Not that I took video or pics or anything

This is an overall nice set. The tongue scraper is really nice. It works well, is easy to clean, and comes in its own storage cases. I have tried a few different types of tongue scrapers now, and this is one of my favorites. The oil for pulling is unusual for me at first. It feels thick in my mouth and I had to adjust to that. It has a fairly light mint flavor which was ok for me. It's not unpleasant, but I don't know that I found it necessary either. It does seem to help moisturize my often dry mouth, which was nice. It did seem a little easier to brush my teeth after using it and my toothpaste seemed to foam up a little more when brushing. In the end, my teeth felt clean and looked white. I'm not yet sure if it will provide significant benefits over long term, but I'm willing to try it for a while longer to see!

I have not yet use. I am sure will not be disappointed since this and natural mouthwash without the chemicals

First off, best tongue scraper I've ever used and I've tried a lot of different styles. The oil itself has a mild mint flavor that is not off-putting or overpowering. The bottle cap dispenses the oil well.

Very light mint flavor, definitely not mouth wash mint flavor, but I am good with that. Mouth feel is fine once you get past the thought that you are swishing with oil.

I really like this set as it contains everything you need to get started with the oil pulling method, a technique you can use to enhance your current brushing and flossing routine.I've used coconut oil for pulling, aka "swishing really hard", and enjoyed it except for the messy part of melting coconut oil when room temperature is cooler. This oil mouthwash takes the guesswork out as it's in a liquid form, has a measuring cup, and includes very clear instructions, even reminding you not to spit this into the sink or toilet. The mouthwash has a high viscosity, like greasy honey, but is oddly pleasant to use. The taste is tolerable. There is a distinct coconut flavor with a weird kind of spearmint overtone. I would have preferred just plain coconut flavor.The kit also includes a u-shaped tongue scraper and a nifty, very useful case to store it in. Using the oil for several days with the scraper is an easy way to improve your breathe and in general have a less gross mouth. The oil rinse can take some getting used to, particularly trying to do it for at least 10 minutes, but it's doable. Recommended if you are interested in this curious dental hygiene treatment!

I tried oil pulling several years ago, but never stuck with it, mainly because of how long you need to do it for. It's time consuming to add this to my morning routine every day. However, I know the benefits of oil pulling are very good for your dental hygiene. The mint flavor is barely noticeable but the flavor of this oil isn't unpleasant. The tongue scraper is an awesome addition to this set. I appreciate they mention on the instructions to spit the oil into the trash after you're done swishing - a novice may not realize it can clog your drain pipes. Overall this feels like a fair price for what you get. And if you can stick with it, your mouth will thank you.
