Great gentle facial cleanser

First of all, this has a very strong scent, but it's not unpleasant. I personally prefer it with fragrance, and the scent doesn't linger on for too long, especially when you put moisturizer after each wash.I have dry skin, so after washing my face, it does seem to make my skin feel dry but fresh, if that makes sense. I always use toner after I wash my face, then serum, then moisturizer. I don't need to use a lot, but one thing I am not fond of is that it doesn't really foam up a lot. It doesn't worry me as much because I use a face scrubber.It is a good size bottle, and because you only need a small amount of this cleanser each use, this bottle should last me a long time. At the time of writing this review, this is $44.25 with a 5% coupon. For the price and size, I think it's reasonable.

I don't think I've ever encountered a face wash this heavily scented before. Why? If I want to smell like something, I'll add that later. I don't want fragrances that cling to my face added to the stuff that's supposed to clean my face.It cleans okay, but dried my face out more than the other face washes I have on hand. The other big issue is that it doesn't lather up particularly well; I ended up having to use quite a bit more of this than I use with other products.

I tried this cleanser on my hand not my face. It doesn't really lather and immediately started to burn. Rinsing it with water was enough to stop the burning sensation after a couple of minutes but I would not say that this cleanser is mild. I do not have a sensitive skin. I tried this Cosmesis Mild Facial Cleanser last night and this morning, I think it is a nice facial cleanser product!The whole bottle contains total 8oz cleanser, as you can see from my photo, it is a pretty decent size. The cleanser has a white color and a creamy lotion type of texture. There is a fragrance type of scent in the cleanser, and scent strength is around medium. After washing the face, the scent won't linger too long.My skin type is oily and combination, thin and sensitive.You don't need a big amount of cleanser when you wash your face, I used the amount similar to a Penny coin's size and this amount is enough for my face. This cleanser doesn't lather a lot, only generates small amount of foam. I massaged on my face like 1 min and then rinsed clean. After washing, my skin feels clean and soft. I do feel there is tiny bit of over-dry feeling. Once I put on my regular skin care products, my skin feels totally fine.Overall, I personally think this cleanser works well for me. I have no issue continue using it.

A true gentle cleanser full of good stuff that washes well, takes off makeup, and cleans away the day. I live in an area with bad air quality and sometimes I feel like I'm wearing a mask of smog when I get home. This washes so nice without stripping. I use one of the same brands hyaluronic acid serums after and then their peptide cream. Lovely soft, plump skin is the result. Big like. No irritation and the brand seems geared towards gentle ingredients with nothing harsh.

I start by removing my makeup with makeup remover. Then I do a first wash to remove any makeup traces. Finally a second wash to gently clean my face and prep it for my serums and moisturizers - this step is perfect for this mild cleanser. Even though it's mild it does have a scent to it, I don't mind it personally. My skin is oily, mature, and acne prone and it handles it just fine but I think someone with dry skin might find it to be too drying. Overall I think it's a fine cleanser with a higher price tag than necessary.

I'm not totally sure why I love this cleanser so much. It doesn't have much of a smell or anything that really stands out to me, but it cleans well and leaves my face feeling clean but not dried out. This foams up and you don't need as much as you think you do. Again, I'm not totally sure why I love this but it leaves my face feeling better than most other cleansers.
