I struggle getting that wavy style after I leave the salon & have tried the twisted flat iron and can never get the hang of those either...I tried this and WHOA! Just what I was looking for. Makes it soooo easy to get that wavy look I like. Now, to be fair my hair is thick and the curls can be tight at first but they do eventually settle to nice 1940's waves .Very happy with this item!

Let me tell u when I tell u this is the best by far curling iron I had purchased believe me it is… this one is for long hair, it’s easy & curls fast. I’m not the one who likes too much curls, I like it simple with some waves as u see on the picture, don’t think about it twice buy it, it’s worth the money!!

Painful!! Do not put the curler too close to scalp! My hair winded up and got stuck so close to my scalp it was burning. We unplugged and my husband had to use pliers to unwind my hair out of the curler. Thankfully we were able to get my hair out and didn’t have to cut the piece.

I've had this thing all of 10 minutes and it's almost taken out 2 chunks of hair...It makes great curls and is way easier to use than a curling iron! I rarely do more than an air dry or straightened, so was super excited for this thing! Maybe it's a user error bc I don't know how to use much more than a straightener.This thing has been very particular! If I got even a tiny strand of hair on the wrong side of the middle stick thing, it twisted all the way to my scalp and probably would have ripped my hair out if I didn't unplug it. It did not stop even when I released the button. I needed an emergency release button, which it didn't have, so I had to unplug and try to pull my hair out before it got super burnt.Instructions for use are pretty vague, and I'm obviously inept at using hair tools. I'll keep it and try to learn more, but best of luck to the next gal 🤷‍♀️

I’ve used this about a dozen times on my very straight shoulder length hair and, while it takes a little practice, I find that it makes long lasting shiny smooth curls without fear of tangling or burning my fingers or head. It was expensive, but it is well designed and feels like a quality product.If it lasts a good while, I will not regret spending so much more on a curling wand.
