These are fairly tough to swallow and I can not see any difference in how I feel or my workouts.

I really appreciate that this is a quality product for a good price. I know it sounds like 4 pills is a lot, but they are a decent size and I prefer to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night because I take a lot of supplements. Also good that it is USA made!

I wanted to try something I could take to put more if a pep in my step, so these were the ones. Be careful if you're on any anti-depressants. My mood was already pretty stable, just wanted more energy. These pills affected my mood alright, in a not so good way. I had to stop taking them!!
