This product really works, not only it suppresses my appetite but I dont have anymore cravings. It is my first time using Berberine so I don't know how long the effects will last, I have been using it for 11 days. Another change that I notice is that I feel happier and I sleep better. I was reading about the benefits on google and it mentions that it can help with hormones 🙌🏼 hopefully this is the case and I am getting dopamine 😉 super happy with the product and will def buy again.

I love this product and it's beyond amazing, I did not expect it to work this well. I no longer Overeat , crave sugar or simple carbs and I eat less. I've notice that I do have more energy and I don't have any side effect from taking it. I'm so glad I found an alternative to Ozempic that truly works. You can't beat the price so definitely give it a try you won't regret it.

I am taking Berberine for a number of things that can't be necessarily quantified like gut health, immune support, inflammation etc but these do not have any offensive smell or taste, they are easy to swallow, they do not cause any stomach upset and are a good value for the amount of Berberine.

I take a lot of supplements, so it's hard for me to tell what kind of impact this product is having as being part of my regimen.That said, many doctors recommend Berberine as a supplement for diabetics, as it is reported to perform some of the same functions that Metformin does...but, without potential side effects.I like the level of Berberine in the Bebefen product and will continue buying it, so long as the price for the product continues to be reasonable.

The tests results will be final answer but I have no doubt about them lowering colesrerol!!

I've tried many other berbine brands and this is by far the best berbine brand for sure. I like that it's 2,000mg per serving. I've been taking it for 2 months now straight. I take one after my first meal at 2pm. Then I'll take my second right before bed. The one thing I started noticing is that in the morning it would clean me out and I actually had more energy throughout the day. 3 weeks into it my t shirt felt looser. I decided to step on the scale and to my surprised I was down 12lbs. Blew my mind. As of today I'm down 28lbs without working out. This is my number one berbine brand moving forward.

The colour of berberine is yellow and its taste is very bitter, but the powder inside the capsule is neither one nor the other.
