The most impressive thing about this supplement is that a two-gummy serving is just 8 calories. Most supplements are 20 or more calories, which can put a mild strain on a strict dieting regimen. I also find this to be one of the better tasting supplements that have turmeric among the ingredients. However, compared to other gummies, the taste is a little on the bland side. I guess that is the result of it being lower in calories.Overall, this seems to be a great way to get glucosamine and chondroitin, along with some other key supplements. The list price is a wee bit high, but my browser indicated a $12 coupon, which knocked my two-bottle order down to a more reasonable $25. Without a coupon, I wouldn't consider purchasing this.
