Great Quality
This thing works great! I love it. Looks really nice. It does use a lot of water. My pressure tank kicks on pretty much as soon as I turn it on. I would maybe recommend using the flow restrictor it comes with if that concerns you. Pressure is better than I though these things were Easy to install.

Very poor build quality
Extreme leakage and breakage of shower head. Staining steel, not stainless. Only looks good. Notice broken edge which is fully open and all water leaks through that hole.

Not properly.
After 6 months. Not working properly. Water from holes is started to stop coming from few of them. Also alignment is also been a bit loose.

Delivered wrong arm length
Product is good. I have ordered 8×8 21" But delivered 8×8 18". Unfortunately I didn't check at the time of receiving.
