They are rawlbolts and as long as you drill the right size hole they work perfectly.

Through bolt NOT rawl bolt
Strong bolt, I call a rawl bolt a bolt with a metal sleeve normally need a drilled hole a few millimeters bigger then the rawl bolt.These to me are anchor bolts do not need the bigger hole as the shamferred base grips the hole as you tighten the bolt, very effective.
