Very useful for travelling.
You can travel much lighter with this charger. Powerful enough for my Dell Xps 17 laptop and charger my electronics at the same time. I no longer carry Dell laptop charger. Works well in the office when plugged in instead of dedicated laptop charger. Battery is always 100%.

Makes noise when plugged in
The media could not be loaded. Was excited to receive the charger but immediately noticed that it makes a sound when plugged in. Never had that with a charger so gonna return that.

100W GaN USB C Charger, HKY
The HKY charger comes with the UK adapter already fitted, together with three other adapters for use in various countries. A nice touch is the addition of a 1m UK plug extension cable which fits the charger instead of an adapter. This means that the charger doesn’t have to be plugged directly into a wall socket, giving much more flexibility in device positioning and not being tied down to having a laptop etc. no more than 1m away from the charger. The HYK has three outputs –C1 - for use with heavy current devices, such as a laptop, and has a 1.7m built-in cable.C2 – for use with medium current devicesUSB-A – for use with other devicesAll outputs can be used to fast charge a phone, tablet etc.The pictures on the page show cable lengths, but I’m not sure what they refer to. The actual length of the two cables are as shown above.A minor niggle is that the HYK doesn’t have an ‘on’ indicatorI’ve used HKY to charge a phone and a tablet at the same time and both charged at their maximum rate. I also tested the USB-A socket with a 12w load for 50 minutes with no problems.I’ve not been able to test the HKY to its fullest, as I don’t have a USBC connection laptop. However, given the quality feel of the charger, I’ve no reason to think that it will not perform as it should do under higher loads. The HKY also comes with a compact zip-up bag that will hold all the components, although it is a bit of a squeeze getting them all in. Unless going abroad where different adaptors are needed, if the ‘foreign’ adapters are left out of the bag, then there will be no problem. The bag is thin and nothing special, so don’t try and force the zip closed if the bag is over full. The HKY has a feeling of quality about it, so should hopefully be problem free. It has a 3-year guarantee, and the accompanying instructions lists two UK representatives, so presumably they would be able to deal with any problems. The instructions only cover safety in various languages, with no other information. The adapters slide off the HKY by pulling them down (see photos). A close-up of the USB cable wiring detail is also shown.

Great
Short Story: I liked this solution to a Gan Charger for both a Laptop and other devices; this is a desktop Gan adaptor that can transform into a travel adaptor, working both home and abroad. The Longer Story: There are more compact travel devices, and this design means you need to store the alternative plugs when not in use, and as a complete package, it is larger. However, the flip side is that you can use this like a standard laptop adaptor; you just choose one of the four plugs you need today. And it's worth noting that most people spend most of their time at home, so an adaptor for a standard UK Socket has obvious utility. And at home, if you need more flex, you can use the UK plug and lead. The main body can be used on your desk, giving tabletop access to the two extra USB power sockets, USB-C and USB-A.As usual, the two sockets and the one hard wire plug share a total of 100W between them, and that share varies depending on how many connections are in use - use one, and you can get 100W if that is the C-pug or C-socket. While the USB-A is (15W)How the power is shared is explained in the infographic, which I've reproduced.I think the manufacturer missed a trick by not making the power lead a female-to-female extension so that you can attach any of the four plugs to it, making it available for travel use, too.In conclusion, this is a desktop Gan adaptor that can transform into a travel adaptor.I think it does both things well enough, and for someone wanting to charge a Laptop, phone, and a third device too, on occasion, wherever they are -- this is a clever solution.

A versatile GaN, USB C (x 2) and USB A (x1) travel charger / power adaptor for a great price
Initially, I was a tad underwhelmed with this product. It is presented in a plain brown cardboard box with little to hint as to what is within or who makes it (other than some extremely discreet, small white stickers). I believe this is called non-retail packaging.Upon opening the box you are presented with a small in stature (but quite weighty) GaN charger, a separate three pin power lead, various travel adaptors, an information pamphlet and a small storage bag.The items description states that this item is capable of powering and recharging a wide variety of small consumer electronics, predominantly via USB C when Power Delivery (PD) is supported by the item you wish to power / charge.Having tried it on a Dell Inspiron 5502 laptop and a Samsung S21 Ultra I have no reason to disbelieve the manufacturers claims, this thing just works. The S21 reports that ‘super-fast charging’ is enabled when this charger is plugged in, even better. My use case will potentially be to run the laptop on the USB C output cable, run a Samsung wireless charging pad on the 2nd USB C port with a USB A port spare.Given that I was looking to purchase a dedicated Dell laptop charger (as I need a spare) I am extremely impressed with this item, it will do far more than a dedicated adaptor and offers far better value for money.
