Great item
I cannot do a sit up because I have back issues and no matter how I try I cannot do one. However using this device I can do at least 4 which may not sound alot but is a huge thing for me. And I can build on it. So I'm very happy with this item. Its strong enough to take some of the strain(I'm no lightweight) and doesn't take up alot of room for storage.

Seems strong enough,helps with leg exercise.

Tummy exerciser
Had one of these years ago. But now my tummy muscles are not strong enough for one if the exercises. But will persevere with it. Seems very strong and not fragile

Stirrups so small I can hardly get my feet in them! Wish I had spent more money on more effective equipment.
