This is the perfect pillow for snuggling up with your significant other. The company's claim about no longer suffering from "dead arm" is spot on. This isn't like those lame "pillows" that cover a metal or plastic frame with memory foam to keep your partners head from actually resting on your arm. You feel your partner using the pillow. The pillow, though, distributes the pressure in a way that doesn't cut off the circulation in your arm. My girlfriend describes the outer covering as soft and plush. The inner lining is silky smooth. I can, in fact, slip my arm in and out of the pillow while she is resting her head upon it quite easily.

I bought this as an anniversary gift and it so good! Doesn't overheat, and if I fall asleep my partner can easily extract himself without waking me because the interior is very smooth.

My man sends me the couples spooning pillows on social media every-once and a while so I thought it would be a funny Christmas present. Looked at some other options, but was surprised at how over priced they were and the bad reviews. Not to mention he is an athlete and I don’t think his big arms would fit into them. Continued searching Amazon and enter the spoonie! We ended up using it a ton over our holiday vacations. If you really shove your nose in there it does have a bit of a smell. Wasn’t enough to bother even this granola girl. Hilarious, but actually very usable!

Wow I can't believe I spent that much money on something so cheaply made! Had no support what so ever! If I had anyone lay on it, even child, u can NOT easily slide out, and even if u did, that person's head would push it completely flat due to thin flimsy padding with no structure. The concept is cool, but I can think up at least 5 better ways to build this idea to where it would work 1000 times better! I DO NOT recommend buying this. It will cost less to buy a small cushion tunnel for your cat, which is made better, and it works exactly the same for half the price! Get rich quick product, that is all this is!

I ordered Grey but received a bright green color. The fabric smells like a factory so I haven’t washed and used the product yet to know if it’s any good.

I sleep on my side and this gives me a pillow and my arm doesn't go to sleep from laying on it. Bought the orange to match my bedding. Use it nightly and when napping.

I already have pillows and cushions that I like. I got this pillow because I'm a side sleeper, like to cuddle, and thought it would make a good addition, and let me try out new ways of getting rest and getting close.I tried a few positions in bed, and they work. But they also take some getting used to, and I'm not there yet. I've already encountered the problems that this pillow solves and had already figured out other workarounds. This gives another way, and that's nice, but I'm not sure if I really needed that.Even so, it's a great little pillow and I'm keeping it. You don't have to spoon or cuddle or sleep with an arm through it for this to work. The foam balances firmness and flexibility and softness really well. And the cover fabric is super comfortable and doesn't heat up too much. It's great to put my head on or up against that spot that needs some support and that works for me. And when I want to use that new way to spoon or cuddle or whatever, I've still got it for that.I'm only giving it a four because I was disappointed in my expectations of how easy it would be to convert to the Spoonie Pillow way of life. I had to work with it a while to really find how it fit into my normal-person life. But in every other way and once you get used to it, this is five-star and a recommended buy.

The media could not be loaded. As a chronically ill hypermobile human, I've had to find ways to support my joints to prevent subluxations and worsened pain while I sit. My couch corner is like a throne of squish, some contained within a lounge beanbag cover to hold my back up and with wedge and orthopedic pillows. I've needed better shoulder support when sitting and arm support for snuggling, so this seemed like an excellent option. Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed in the quality and materials.The outer cover is soft enough and I appreciate the smooth, cooler fabric inside the pillow to prevent arm overheating. For those of us with dexterity challenges, the zipper could be larger and smoother.The foam, though...the foam....it has no rebound. I've received better filler foam in boxes than what is in this pillow. The foam is so thin and the pillow so flat. It doesn't provide pressure relief to any of my arm/hand joints. It doesn't fill in negative space well. Barely any noticeable difference for me, which is a huge bummer.I don't reach for this product nearly as much as I expected. For the quality received, there is little value in this pillow and I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if you are a spoonie who likes spooning.
