My son loves this product. He is a gym rat and swears by it, and I can see the results.

I basically bought this for longer runs over 13 miles in preparation for marathons.It mixes pretty nicely in the Blender Bottle, no clumps. The flavor (I selected cherry-lime) is pretty good and not too sweet.I drink this about 30' before a long run. So far it has done wonders getting me through to a 22.2 mile run in which I ran in a sort of interval fashion. Sure, I was a bit tired and could have put that extra mile or so in, but did not want to risk injury. Did it work? It seemed to have a good positive effect overall and I have no problem buying this again, but maybe a different flavor. No complaints, well worth it.

Helps w performance when I take it pre workout.Lifts feel easier so I’m able to perform w better technique while not as fatigued after work.Not as depleted post workout as well.

I mix this w/ my preworkout powder, and it definitely gives a little energy boost during workouts. Tastes great and mixes easy!

I use this as an intra workout. Tastes great and I prove the energy bump. 10/10.
