beginner friendly
This is my first time doing a counted cross stitch. I've only ever done the printed kind. I thought this would be a good first project because a lot of the shapes and color blocks have straight lines. So far so good. It's surprisingly easy. There are detailed instructions and you can visit the manufacturer's blog/website for more instruction. The project is a nice size and isn't too overwhelming as a first project. The quality of the whole kit is really nice. At first, I thought the floss was sort of scratchy but once I started using it, it softened up a whole lot. It's taking me forever to finish but I would definitely recommend this as a first project and I would stitch another kit from this company for sure.
