Did not work as described
Did not turn off automatically as described, it kept working till the coffee spilled and caused a mess everywhere. Maybe it was a returned item or something, there were no instructions manual with it.

Not a Turkish coffee maker
It boils water very quickly, too quickly to be used to make Turkish coffee.It brings cold tap water for a cup of coffee to a rolling boil in about 30 seconds.While I’m not an expert on Turkish coffee, there’s no heat adjustment to brew more slowly.

Not as described-received a 300-watt instead of 600-watt
We use this to make Greek coffee each and every morning. Love that you can see the process of the coffee brewing, however, it takes much longer than my other Greek coffee maker since this one is only 300 watts unlike what is advertised. I have had Amazon try to replace it with the 600-watt coffee maker and yet, I keep receiving a 300-watt maker. So, the description is wrong.Here is the description: Electric Turkish Coffee Maker & Kettle | 500mL-600W | For Turkish Coffee, Heating Water, Tea | Heats Water, Milk, CoffeeI will, however, keep this one and just resign myself to it taking 7 min. instead of 3 min. They just need to change the description.

Hard to clean, glass is very thin, heats up super fast which is not good for making turkish coffee, returned

Disappointed
Box came completely damaged. We opened the box and the item was not sealed properly. The handle was not bending properly and it was not adjusted correctly. There was dirt under the handle. It looked like the item was used. I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase.
